The pool was amazing and much bigger than it looked in the picture. It was about 4x10 meters. The rooms were very comfortable and big as well.

The pool was amazing and we should’ve gone for a dip way earlier in our stay. The location was great too… everything we needed was within a walkable distance. Also, any policies related to extra charges, for example neglecting to turn off the AC before leaving for the day or putting towels on the floor too soon, are clearly posted in the room. These charges are no surprise to anyone who can read.

The walls are extremely thin, so our extra-amorous neighbor had nothing to hide. All. Day. And night. Long.

The stay was pleasant, the villa was as described. Clean, nice warm pool. Once we saw a capibara and a coati in the backyard.

We were travelling with a family and were looking for a property with 4 bedrooms. We booked on booking.com a 3 bedroom villa and one extra room. However when we arrived, the manager of the property said that we have only the villa booked, which meant that we have one less bedroom than planned. We were offered to get our money back and look for other accommodation if we do not like this, which was not an option for us, so we had to stay. The compound where the villa was located was very nice, but the beach is really not an option - walk to a public beach takes at least 20 minutes, the entrance to the water is not very comfortable and there was seaweed there. We were not warned that the people renting the villas cannot use all the entrances to get in and out of the compound, and once when coming back from the tour at 10pm, with two kids, we were not allowed to get in through the closest entrance and were asked to walk around 10 mins to get through a different entrance. We were staying there for two weeks, one of the weeks the villa was rented by a group of younger people, who were partying until 3am, staying in the pool at night and leaving garbage around it afterwards.

Very nice location. Pool was great and rooms were cozy. Staff was friendly. Golf course was nearby.

The kitchen could have been open for cooking, as there was no sink on the ground floor we had to run up and down all the time for water :)

Didnt find glasses as promised and i went to kitchen then owner treatned via whatsupp. So owner and hes wife are really unpolite people

Great room and beautiful pool. The location is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa but it is also very nice to be in a quiet, safe gated complex.

The sign in process was challenging as there was no one on site to give me the keys. Fortunately someone did arrive but that process could have been smoother
