the shower is amazing
the reason for such a low score is the following: one month before arriving i specifically requested a room far from lifts and quiet because it is the end of a very long journey throughout Colombia and we wanted only to rest. they replied that would have full-filled my request with pleasure but it was a lie because in am in a room which is right in front of two lifts and facing the main traffic street meaning i hear every other guest going back and forth to the room all day long (woke up at 1am, 2.30am, 4am, 6.30am) and cars and traffic noise.
room very dusty and also I would have preferred a towel more, it seemed like the room was prepared for just one guest.

Nice hotel in a very nice location. most of the staff was very nice and helpful
Pedro, from reception, was rather rude when I asked him if we could use the sauna. He in a not nice way said it was out of order as they were doing renovations, when he saw I was a bit upset and asked for his name he changed his mind and said he would make an exception. Not sure where the renovation were being made as we didn’t see any when we went to the sauna. I understand it may be a pain to switch on the sauna, but don’t offer it as a service if you don’t want to actually allow guests to use it.
