Spacious room and feels like home. Our room located near to the pool and the gym. Friendly staffs during check in and check out.

The apartment should be cleaned before guest arrival. Sticky and dusty floor makes our stay uncomfortable. Washing machine has this foul smell too. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Reasonable and acceptable . Good enough for the daily breakfast morning need .

Only two bath towels l, no floor towels or hand towels so wet slippery floor. Gym was a bit tired.

The room and bed were both large and comfortable and with the hotel located in a small shopping mall with several restaurants it is very convenient for dinning.

The hotel is getting tired with several minor issues in the bedroom, one of the window catches was damaged and could not be securely fastened, the towel rail in the bathroom fell off the wall at one end and even the door panel was loose. Oddly the bedside lamps had the wrong plugs for the sockets? However our main issue was the lack of a room safe, which both booking.com and the hotel’s own leaflet state is fitted! We had noted that most of the negative comments were about breakfast, which puzzled us until the last day when arriving 90 minutes before breakfast finished found that there was no milk available. When we asked for this we were told that there was none, fortunately the receptionist had the good sense to instruct the restaurant staff to go down three floors and buy some in the supermarket! Unfortunately the coffee was also cool as the heater internet the urne was not lit!

The room was spacious clean and well appointed.The bed was exceptional comfortable,ensuring a restful night sleep.The breakfast is exceptional .
