Beautiful design that fitted the location perfectly (it was all wood and on stilts, with lots of local vegetation). Clean and well maintained. Close to the activities in the national park. Very convenient transport provision. Friendly, capable and helpful staff. Great Melinau River Ice Tea cocktail. Great buffet - especially the beef rendang! And we saw quite a lot of interesting wildlife just walking around.

I liked everything, but my Old Fashioned cocktail needed more whisky and less soda.

We had a really nice stay here, free shuttle service from the airport.

Convenient access to Mulu park

Dinner buffet could be better. Free shuttle service to the park is great but need to improve on wait time. We had to wait from 30min to 1hour on 2 occasions trying to return to the hotel from the park.

Rooms were beautiful. It was such a delight to stay there. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the location and highly recommended to stay there if planning a visit to Mulu.

food was subpar which was understandable due to the location. As we did not book the tours with the hotel, some of the hotel hired guides who were in the same vehicle that transported us to the park were pretty cold and not willing to help or answer any questions that we had. Just book your tours directly with park hq. it was a simple process and the guides there were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Much better and wholesome experience at a fraction of the cost.

A perfect 10. It´s incredible to find such a place in the middle of a untouched jungle. Everything is spacioous and ample - the layout of the hotel itself, the rooms, the restaurant. The buildings were constructed and designed with taste and style, the restaurant offered wonderful food, the staff was literally reading our minds, the shuttle transfers to the airport and to the national park were flexible and quick. Looking back, we could have stayed there much longer.

Check in was seamless. Breakfast and dinners were excellent, though many food items took time to be replenished. Room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

The nature vibes improve my sleeping quality as the room also very comfy and spacious.. totally healing place that one should go once in their lifetime! The food was good very semenanjung taste hehe

the setting and the rooms were very beautiful. It was a very relaxing stay. Staff was very friendly. Loved the outdoor seating for breakfast and dinner.

The whole resort was just a luxury haven in the middle of the jungle. Rooms were big and comfy. The massage in the Spa was fantastic - haven't had such a good massage in a long time.

The Aircon wasn't always cold enough. They tried to fix it, but my room was often stuffy, compared to the connecting room which was always crispy cold

The rooms provided are of great quality and very clean. The breakfast is really good, but could do with more vegetarian options.

The a la carte menu (lunch, dinner) is mediocre. The food is clean and of good quality, but the dishes are typical and when it comes to vegetarian options there are barely two. The other two vegetarian options on the menu are never provided as they can't bother stocking them. When I asked if they can make me a vegetarian wrap instead of the chicken and kindly requested they put tomato and cheese in to replace the meat they said that's ok, but the wraps arrived with only lettuce in them. Twice!

We loved our time here. Our room was upgraded to a suite when we arrived, which was perfect. I had read some reviews that the food was not great, but as vegetarians it worked perfectly for us. We would definitely would stay here again.

I’m ok with it. the only thing is that the walkways will need refurbishment soon.

Overall, I’m happy with level of service provided by the resort.

Word of advice, Pls throw away vegetables that is no longer edible. We know that no wastage policy is a good but trust me you will receive more complaints than you’ve expected. Also take note that your gym facility and coffee making machine are old and malfunction, pls spend the capex if you need to.
