Pool could do with a clean

Ideal Location. Breakfast dishes were average, can be further improved with better choices and selection to suit Asian and Western (Fusion).

1. Both toilet/ washroom located at the lobby were dirty, wet & unpleasant smell. No cleaners were seen around/ station. Should have done better with the sanitation. 2. The lightings in the room were dimmed. Not bright enough and can be better control with aesthetic style. 3. The beds were too small for queen size more like super single size. We made a booking for a big room for 2 queen size beds unfortunately not to our expectation.

The Spacious room, the temperature of the room was just right as i was recovering from a bad flu, i dint feel like the room was too cold... Definately the comfort of the bed and pillows and duvet made us extend our stay another night.... we had a very good night sleep.. The morning view of the river was very calming yet looking at the activities of the boats moving along allowed for a early morning conversation.

That the hotel dint allow us to purchase the pillows to bring home :(

The bed is uncomfortable so is the pillow. I would expect a five star bed

We didn't like The Bed & the pillow is not very Comfort🥺..The Window's Full Mark of fingerprint,we cannot take nice photo/Video.....hope ur property can ask housekeeping to Clean the Window ......& what we expect,its very very comfy😭 ..The price is just ok.Hope For Next Stay,we want to see the room interior is Look Moree elegant as its a 5 star hotel.Tq🥲

Room is very dimmed and dark. Room looks dated with spots and stain on bathroom door. Floor feels sticky (may not be dirty)

Upon arrival, the staff at the counter called us from a far for checking in process which I think a bonus point there because we felt welcome to the Hotel. We got an upgraded room to executive which added another bonus point. Love the clever interior design and the clealiness is spot on and hopefully the Hotel Managers and all staffs maintain this quality. All staffs are very friendly and professional. The buffet spread are delicious…we enjoyed the sambal nasi lemak and sarawak laksa. There is this fresh smell when entering our room which added another bonus point! Keep up the good work! Oh another detail worth to mention here, love the pillow it is so comfort that I wanna know where they got the pillow from.

Lobby: Nice and comfortable place to chill while waiting for the room. Room: Nice spacious room. It's great to have dumbbells in the room that I could workout with. Bedding is very comfortable. Excellent breakfast spread. All of the staff were polite and friendly. The Chamber (Restaurant): Dinner - Food was great! Was pleased at the very reasonable pricing of the food. Concierge: Very helpful with my enquiries and helped me to book my taxi. Location: Excellent location.

The water outlet in the bathroom however is clogged up for both the sink and shower area. View: Unfortunately, I got the bouldering area view. Not too bad though. Hallway: The hallway carpeting has a strong musty/mouldy smell. Not good for someone with sinus allergies.

Good location within walking to shop house, and plenty eateries nearby.

The room is spacious. Room equipped with small dumbells.

The bathroom has a little foul smell. Saw black mold on few parts of the bathroom too.

(1) Pullman Miri’s location is good. it is closed to Miri Times Square, Borneo Heritage Market, etc. (2) It has good restaurants in the proximity. (3) The hotel rooms are spacious.

(1) The room’s aircon is not working properly. (2) The shampoo dispensers in the toilet are not working properly. (3) There is no accessibility car waiting area for senior citizens (especially when you need to unload the wheelchair) at entrance. (4) Breakfast is not included. (5) The check-in process takes too long. On average, a 5-star hotel should have a lean check-in process that takes not more than 10 minutes. (6) There is an absence of Floor Manager. At Marriott Miri, the Floor Manager came to assist when I was in the queue for 10 minutes previously, and apologized for the delay. There were no apologies or at least friendly smiles from the Check-In staff.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very good. The car parking facility is also good.

The furnishing is beginning to show its age. The food hygiene is questionable. The room view was not as expected as I can only see the roof of the car park and air-conditioning units.
