Staff hospitality & Cleanliness
Travel logistics - poor service - rates were very high - Hotel has directed me to Mrs Ahmed - Not recommended one . Hotel should have their own rent a car service.

Nothing, they lied that they allow that girlfriend and boyfriend can stay if they are from different city so we planned accordingly but when we reached there then they denied everything!!
We paid 32k for 2 rooms as we were unable to change the hotel coz we don’t know anything about kanpur
The manager was a big loser as he didn’t knew how to speak with their guests, he was so damn rude and even said “I’m company’s employee, not yours” although even asked anything for them to be like that.

Great experience at the Landmark. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Restaurant/bars were great, with a good selection of food and drinks. Enjoyed our stay, and will be back.
