Имаше работещ хладилник и смарт телевизор.
Стаите бяха големи и леглата удобни.
В офертата беше включена закуска, но такава не ни осигуриха .Даже не ни компенсираха с нещо.
Закръглиха сумата на престоя с 60ст.Не съм за стотинките , но можеха да си направят труда, че имат желание да ми върнат ресто.
Огледало има само в банята.
Остаряла база. Тънки стени-от коридора се чуваше всичко.

Very difficult to find no friendly people

They did not let us stay in this hotel. (We ve arrived late at night) and 2 people and child stay night in the car ,,:(

Nothing. There is not a single aspect to interest.
Bathroom is very dirty. Water goes nowhere. The location of the hotel is in the remote corner of the city. The roads are very bad. The registration desk clerk does not speak English. Door handle was broken. Credit card is not valid. BGN 55.85 per night but they charged me €30. Absolutely, the payment must be made in lev. I do not recommend the hotel. Do not go with your family.

Relatively quiet location (at night), close to the bus station, comfortable beds, good shower...
Very modest breakfast, bad road to hotel, no POS machine (cash only)....

The room was dull & stinky. The shower was broken.
Unlike advertised, there was no breakfast!!!
Located distantly in an industrial zone.
No receptionist or someone to talk with (the cleaner dealt with us, didn't speak English, didn't give a receipt).
Mosquitos coming out of the Central air conditioning vents.

We checked in at night, later than we anticipated, and we were greeted with a smile. The host was lovely to chat with and he even helped us pick a restaurant to go to (Saturday is live music night for the restaurants nearby, so you might want to book a reservation in advance).
Entry to the room is regulated with a card. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, more than any other hotel I have been to.
I strongly recommend Hotel Iris to anyone looking for a place to stay in Plovdiv.
