We love this property and have been booking it since it was started. Excellent location, and the way its built

It seriously needs deep cleaning, replacement of fixtures, hardwares, chipped sanitary wares etc. crockery given is chipped. Refurbishing, revamping is desirable. Cannot keep on paying good amount of money just for the location. No shampoo , and fresh kitchen cleaning scrubs given. Housekeeping/ caretakers are nice people but not trained to handle payments well to the point it gets annoying.

Staying at Anara Homes & Service Apartments in Delhi was an absolutely delightful experience, albeit a bit on the expensive side. Definitely on the expensive side and they also ask you to pay for the electricity bill for your stay.

The staff was friendly and very eager to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a cold front in Delhi and they quickly provided extra heaters, for example. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor. Both bedrooms and the living room were spacious and clean, the beds were big and comfortable, which was very important for us to recover from jetlag. Everything is simple but functional. We felt taken care of and safe.

It was a little inconvenient to have to draw cash to be able to pay, but it worked out. Only suggestion to the property is to install blackout curtains instead of the sheer ones.

Everything was perfect

The location was really good. I arrived quite late in the evening, and was not sure how to get inside the property. Fortunately, the security person helped me get inside and gave me the keys. The owner was also very helpful over whatsapp, making sure I had everything covered and gave me instructions to arrive, including giving instructions to the driver who was lost.

The apartment had a bit of issues with the A/C, but nothing terrible. The location is also a bit hard for some drivers to find, so just make sure you have the right instructions to let them know, particularly if using uber.
