Breakfast and beds. Friendly personell and clean rooms.

Pictures give a wrong impression of the hotel since the reception area is very modern and new, the rooms however are not modernized and very outdated. Doors of the rooms woke us up due to noisy hinges and door slamming.

Parking, well orginized space, good WiFi.

The ground floor is modern, renovated and well decorated. Although rooms not quite anymore. Don't hesitate to ask for meat for the breakfest if you feel like having one.

The shower is very small, but we have seen it accross Italy so I guess this standard issue with Italian hotels

Service, there was a coffee machine inside, but without coffee itself, sugar or glasses. All furniture is very old and destroyed. The bed was horrible, pillow was old and nasty. Bathroom wasn't clean, there were no towel to put on the floor. 4 stars is not about this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and willingly helped with our many questions. Our rooms were exceptional and the variety for breakfast was second to none.

This is for San Giovanni Rotondo Palace Hotel (we were transferred)— The staff were great, breakfast is good.

Walking (uphill) to the Shrine of Padre Pio...not for those with knee problems.
