Ottima posizione, buona disponibilità di parcheggio, stanze molto comode.

Alcune camere sono da ristrutturare, ma credo sia "work in progress";

It was nice with a good location near the cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice dinner in the elegant restaurant of the Hotel.

The fridge was missing from the room.

Great location just 5 mins from the church , good breakfast, great service from Antonio and Francesco, thank you very much.

Maybe wifi was a bit erratic sometimes

The receptilnist is the best. He is very considerate. He even brought me to the bus station.

The rooms were very out dated small and dingy poor view as only could see a roof. Breakfast was very poor only bread and limited cereal . You were allowed 1 croissant they brought out from kitchen also dogs in the breakfast room . The staff on the reception were very good but the restaurant staff were not so friendly stood guard over the food . I would not stay here again

Great location, few minutes walking distance from everything in the place. Easy to find. Very clean. Pleasant and frendly staff, flexibile with check-in and check-out. Recommandation!

The hotel has a good location and a free car park. The room was clean. The staff didn't speak any other language than Italian, as in no English at all. That's fine, we don't mind and the first lady that welcome us showed us the car park as we didn't understand where it was. But after that, they didn't try at all to understand us, even when we showed a translator on the phone... The first night the lady at the front office told us something about my wife's dress in Italian, which we didn't understand and she kept on talking in Italian as she clearly showed she didn't want to make us understand. It was really uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and any interaction was complicated as we tried to understand but they made no effort with us. We understand it's a common Italian tourist place but we didn't feel welcomed at all...

My family and I enjoyed staying at hotel gaggiano for two nights. It was conveniently close to lots of restaurants and of course the Santuario de Padre Pio. It’s also about 12min walk from the bus stop where the bus from Rome dropped us off at (flix bus). The hotel staff was super friendly although they did not speak English nor Spanish, just Italian. I was a little unsure about the stay but once we got there, everyone loved it!
