Brown Beach House is delightful, the service was great and the location was excellent. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming member of the team and a glass of fizz, which was just lovely.

Beautiful hotel. Well decorated. Close to the airport. The staff offered excellent customer service. We were made to feel welcome. Greeted with a glass of Prescco.

Everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities excellent with great choices in background music. Breakfast superb!

Bar prices were a little high. The walk to Trogir on the main road is a little rough in places.

It was only a short walk into the Old Town. Lovely pool in front of the hotel but also a small pool at the back which was a warm place to sit in Oct. Esther the GRM was great and really helpful.

There was nothing not to like.

we liked everything about it, the welcome by Ana started the stay off perfectly. The upgraded room was wonderful and the complimentary fizz was a lovely touch. loved the design of the hotel and a sunset swim in the magnificent pool set the mood beautifully.

would have loved a de caffeinated coffee at breakfast but hey if that’s the only thing then I can live with it.

this was one of the greatest experiences in this summer :-) the breakfast was fabulous, design this place is stunning, great location, near the old town and the staff was very nice. and as a bonus we got a room with a jacuzzi on the roof . We must go back as soon as.

Amazing property, old Tabaco Factory converted hotel with an absolutely amazing design, quality materials and superb pool. The rooms are incredibly well-designed, comfortable with adjustable lighting everywhere, very comfy beds and premium toiletries. The staff is very attentive and on their feet all the time making sure that nothing is missed. The pool is fantastic great length, depth and design with constant 24 Celsius temperature, making it a great swim any time of day or weather. Breakfast has high variety and great options and was really good. Overall we had an amazing stay and would come back to this hotel with pleasure, just not the restaurant - for the reasons mentioned below.

The location is not so great, next to Split airport and roadside making in very noise and hectic. The restaurant on site is terrible and every dish we ordered was super salted - most we could not eat. The restaurant is an attempt at Italian cuisine, but the ingredients are terrible and so is the cooking. I think a more local type of menu would work better or maybe bring in an Italian chef if this is the way they want to go.
