Overall this is a great place, location, and pretty much as described. The only issue is that the kitchen was not stocked with any of the basics (oil, spices, any coffee, etc.). This is not a huge deal but most VRBOs do have these and it does make things easier. I would definitely rent this again.

I have rented at least six different condos in Snow Creek V and this is by far the best one! It’s updated and modern and the floor plan is open and airy. It was perfection! I will only stay here for now on.

Property managed by company who is corrupted. Beware booking this property. We got stuck in Bishop due to blizzard conditions and road closures. Refuse to refund because according to them we used the property.

The floor plan and views are great. Perfect for two, maybe three couples or a small family. Many nice features like newer fridge and dishwasher, TVs. Lots of storage space in the kitchen. Nice to have an upstairs lounge area.
Although the unit has been remodeled with new flooring and cabinetry, it seems to get a lot of use and wear and tear. Could use some new beds and bedding.
Also, would be nice to have a BBQ. And some outdoor seating on the deck to enjoy the great view of Mammoth Rock.

This was our first time staying in Snowcreek, having visited Mammoth every summer and winter as a family of 6 for the past four years. We loved the setting - looking out the windows onto the spectacular mountain view and having access to snow play just outside the back doors was amazing. The layout of the home is perfect for a large family, and the couches were nice and firm both upstairs and down, making for lots of comfortable downtime between activities. Our only complaints have to do with the level of cleanliness upon arrival. There were just a few unwelcome surprises in the kitchen. Additionally, the dog owners in the complex, including our direct neighbors during our stay, were not responsible about promptly picking up waste.

The property was gorgeous and very clean. Easy directions on check-in and check-out. We had zero issues with anything in the unit and honestly really enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom was incredible and the bathroom had heated floors which we thought were awesome! It was close to everything in the village and the tablet was so cool because it featured so many recommendations for food and activities. We will definitely be booking here the next time we come to mammoth.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The living room was spacious and comfortable, as well as, the bedrooms. The view from the living room and master bedroom was spectacular. I would suggest adding a few more cooking amenities, like more frying pans. There was only one. We do a lot of cooking and needed a few more items to make it easier for us. Thank you!

Great property …with just a few issues that can easily be solved
This is our third time staying at this property. We also look forward to returning every year. My only issue is the kitchen is not properly stocked with sufficient cookware. In paying top dollar for accommodations I would expect there to be frying pans that your eggs don’t stick too. In knowing this…I got smart and we took our own cookware from home. In addition the primary bedroom does not have HD tv….please management install an HD receiver.

This property advertised a grill, but there was no grill on site. For how much the room rate and fees there were, the kitchen wasn’t very well appointed. No salt shakers, dull knives etc. The place was nice, but for how expensive the rate was, we were underwhelmed.

We enjoyed our stay
This is a unique property with comfortable bedrooms, and lots of room to relax. The kitchen had great appliances and enough room to cook family meals. It would have been perfect if the front room shade weren't broken, the dryer was working, and the driveway in front of the garage was not completely full of ice. Just a few small tweaks would have made it perfect.

My name is Jennifer and the booking was under my name, judy is my mom and I’m not sure why it came to her. Vrbo is fine, but the booking element through mammoth five star lodging and I was not happy with that. There was an insane 27 page booklet and list of fines t like I’ve neve seen before at any other properties. There were also hazards that were very concerning. And even though I called to see if the kitchen was stocked and they told me yes, there was nothing compare to the other snow creek units I’ve stayed at. There is a sink hole near the entrance. The carpet curls up at the entrance for people to trip on and my parents are in their 70s. Very dangerous. The sliding glass door took 2 people to close it because it was so difficult. It was a nice place, but I wouldn’t stay there again if it took me to mammoth five start lodging. They gave us a spa key and told us which spa to go to but it wouldn’t work. So they told us to just wander to all the spas to find one that it worked on even though they have specified which one. And they had no idea digital locks were added to the spas. For the amount of money I paid, that was a little ridiculous. I have pictures of the hazards if you want to see them.

Great Location for a Mammoth experience.
Snow creek is an awesome neighborhood, with hiking trails out back and only a 15 minute drive to the mountain. Quiet, secluded but close enough to shops and restaurants. The house itself was fantastic too: plenty of room for three adults and two kids and the right amenities for an extended stay. Property manager was helpful with early check in and communication of other issues. Will try to stay here again!

Should have postponed...
I was at the property last year and loved it so much I immediately made plans with a very small group of friends to visit the same time this year. Then covid happened, then the as of now still continuing, wildfires. And I weighed wanting to support a place and town I love and seeing friends in the safest way we could against 2020. If you are considering the same, I hate to say it, but I wish I had post pines. We had 1 good day out of almost 2 weeks of air quality that allowed us to be outdoors, and the accommodations were stripped down to a ridiculous degree. No colander, no mixing bowls? These things were removed, I have stayed there before, I don't understand why. You shouldn't go out to eat, you cant cook there. And the price did not reflect this. So, again, I would postpone if possible. That or pack your kitchen.

The house was great for us, 3 families. The loft is helpful for kids to hang out. Furniture was new and everything except 1 fan worked, the PM quickly replaced it. Location and view are fantastic, we will definitely stay again.

What we were hoping for
Very pleasing location. Condo backs up to open space with great views of mammoth rocks and easy hiking. Very quiet neighborhood which is off the busier routes but still near to essentials like stores and restaurants.
