Located in a quiet neighborhood in Kyoto near an accessible train station. The common area was very nice and comfortable.

There is only one shower room to share with all guests. I never needed to use the shower at the same time as someone else but could pose potential problems for guests (also guests may feel uncomfortable sharing a shower room with members of opposite gender)

It was a very clean and comfortable place. The kitchen is stocked with many appliances and cooking utensils if you intend to cook.

Going to it from the nearest station was a little further than expected but not too bad.

If we were not wet by the rain on our last day, I would say everything is excellent. The staff is so kind and very helpful . The place is clean and comfy.the a

Because the window roof was open and we didn’t know that ;we get wet by the rain while we were sleeping at 5 in the morning. But the staff apologized for the inconvenience and offered us to sleep in the other room.the
