Lovely spacious property in an ideal location. We had tickets for OdySea Aquarium which was an easy 10 minute drive. The Fashion Center was also close as were many restaurants. The town home was very well appointed (even had a single serve Keurig, yeah!). The rooms were spacious with plenty of comfy seating. Even though there were only two of us, this home could easily accommodate four or more adults. A great place to relax after a long day of shopping and exploring. Easy check in/covered car port/keyless entry. We plan on making this our go-to place whenever we get up to the Phoenix area.

The property was clean and in a quiet area close to plenty of things to do. Check in process was very easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Rented for my snowbird parents. Spacious, clean, and had everything they needed. Nice, clean kempt, quite neighborhood.

The property & the house & neighborhood was very nice, but after checking in we had a few issues. After checking in we went grocery shopping the second day. After loading all our groceries in the fridge, we later realized the fridge was not keeping our groceries cold. There was a thermostat inside the fridge & it showed 55 degrees- warm. On fear of our groceries spoiling we had to go buy a cooler & ice. The refrigerator buttons to adjust the temp was not working either. Owner advised me to rotate groceries between fridge & freezer- that’s something I did not want to have to worry @ on vacation. I suspect previous issues since there was a temp gauge already in fridge. Then previous to this, my husband was trying to fix the master bedroom tv (which does not work nor does the other tv in the other bedroom,) and when he sat on the edge of the bed, the bed collapsed. Thank god he did not get hurt. After contacting the owner @ the situation & it was Memorial weekend, he could not come fix it nor get a carpenter. The other beds were already occupied so there was no other option. We had to go to Home Depot ourselves to get tools to fix the bed. We wasted about 2/3 of our 2nd day of 2 days on our vacation. This did not make me too happy as we had plans that day & had to cancel everything the rest of the day. After contacting VRBO and they tried to get ahold of the owner, he would not respond, but ironically he sent me a text while they were trying to get in contact with him. One other interesting comment, there are not supposed to be any cameras in the house only OUTSIDE. Well there was a camera located inside the kitchen window pointing towards the front door. I can understand the owners thinking but still cameras are not supposed to be in the house & since it was located in the house & connected to wifi/internet he could hear our conversations if he wanted to. This did not bother me until we started having issues with things such as the fridge, & bed.

A buddy and I attended the GoodGuys Show at Westworld. We had a great time at the house and enjoyed dinner out on the private backyard each night. Great property. Quiet location. Nice and clean. Comfy beds. Good times! We’ll see you next year!

Very nice place. Excellent location. Nice backyard. Will return next time in Scottsdale. Easy to work with manager. Safe and secure. Foosball table was fun.

Driving up to the property gave us a good indication on the type of townhouse we were staying in. The neighborhood was well kept and very quite. The townhouse was spacious, open, and provided entertainment. Having two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a plus. Seating area outside with a grill gave us the option to bring guests outside to enjoy the cooler temperatures. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this location for a Vrbo stay.

We love the place and will probably rent again next year if available. We were unable to get a 1 week refund from the owner nor VRBO. This was disheartening considering we had medical issues that prevented us from staying in Arizona and we needed to be with our medical team in WI. Hopefully we can get a discounted rate next year to make up for our loss. Everything else was fine.

Very nice place. We had excellent turn around in communication with the manager. It met all of our needs. The bathrooms could use a little updating. Overall we would recommend & stay again.

Santiago was courteous, pleasant, and more than accommodating to work with. Quick to reply and keep in touch with you. Can’t say enough about the quality, and cleanliness of this townhouse. The best vrbo I have rented. I will be back. C
