Looking at the reviews, I was worried that I couldn't get in touch after making a reservation, but when I press andrea in front of the door, the door opens and when I call in front of the door, they tell me the 4 digit locker password and kindly help me check in over the phone. The room is really clean and there is really no reason for bad reviews. I do not know.

the middle part of the bed was caved in like crater! also the pillow had black big stain about which the owner did not want to reply!

Doesn’t look exactly same as in the pictures, but still was nice place to stay. Simple, nothing extra. Had additional single bed in the room. Bathroom was surprisingly nice, looked recently renovated, with strong shower pressure.

Seems like hosts don’t read messages from Booking. We wanted to check in earlier for extra payment or at least leave our luggage in the room, but never heard back from them. Communication was really poor. Once arrived called them through WhatsApp, they provided us instructions on how to check in, sent link for online payment. No cash is needed anymore as it was stated in previous reviews.

We stayed in the quadruple room and it was spacious, basically a small apartment, clean, comfortable beds and very well located being only a few minutes walking from the train station and city center. The instructions to get in had been clearly communicated by the owner by phone when in front of the entrance door. We could also drop our luggage in the corridor after the check out for a few hours which was very nice!

Do not expect a warm welcome or host. This is a solution for indipendent travellers which are fine once they get their key. You'll get your own room or apartment and be free to find out things on your own. Also, besides soap and a few tea bags do not expect anything else, if you need anything you will have to get it on your own (salt, olive oil, lighter to switch on the stove, etc...). Only desadvange for me it was the noise in the morning as the rooms are close to a scooter parking, but not much the owner could do about it.

Building facade seems to be under renovation. So room is extremly dark. We couldn't even fully open windows. If slightly opened, noise from street was unbearable. A/C was a relief. Staff does not speak English. Only Italian and Spanish.

Very centre to the train station, just a short walk to the city Centre restaurants.

I messaged the property if it is ok that we arrive at 10am (upon arrival) and leave at 1pm (upon departure). They replied ok and that there is no problem. I even asked if i need to pay more for the extended time. The reply is: nessun problema. So i was impressed that we can arrive earlier and we can leave later, which means we have a longer time to stay at the property. Sad to say, when we arrived at 10am, the room is still occupied by the former guests, and we were asked to vacate the room at 10am, and not at 1pm, bcoz the receptionist said she had to clean the room for the next guests. So what happened to our agreement prior to our stay? Their words cannot be trusted.

Appartment was bigger then expected and everything was very clean. Location was perfect. Close to the train station for visiting Cinqueterre and close to the city center of La Spezia

Communication with staff (in case we received a reply) was very difficult. Wifi was not working and we did not get any reply regarding this manner during our 2-night stay.

Free parking is 15 min away walking. By the appartment 1€/h (underground).

Cash payment- we weren’t prepared. No coffie/thee facilities, even no ketel.
