Very welcoming and a delicious breakfast

Annemarrie and Barry were extraordinarily welcoming, friendly, and generous. Conveniently clost to town and riverside. Thank you so much. We apprecitate your hospitality.

Loved every moment of our 2 night stay. Faultless!

Felt welcomed, looked after, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. Plenty of space with luxurious feel without being overwhelming. Huge breakfast, ready when we wanted it. Offered a choice of hot or cold breakfast with plunger coffee. Nice quiet location close to amenities and the city without being in it. Bathroom was excellent, plenty of hot water, a large bathtub if you wanted a soak, lots of products and towelling. Wifi readily available. The host was very caring.

Im sorry they need a microwave. They offered to warm things up if we needed it but we didn't want to impose and we would of liked the freedom to reheat things when we needed them. There is no AC but they provided us with a fan for the bedroom and the loungeroom. There were large windows for fresh air that we could easily open thus making it comfortable.

Friendly hosts greeted us in driveway and called us by name. Separate lounge all to ourselves and good sized TV. We were just in time to watch the America's Cup Yacht Race so appreciated the space and privacy to do that. Lovely breakfast right on the dot of 8.00am which was the agreed time.

Beautiful character home, spacious lounge, bedroom & bathroom to ourselves. The hosts were so welcoming & lovely. The amazing breakfasts included were an added bonus.

The inclusion of a Microwave would set off the guest area perfectly
