The apartment is incredibly clean and comfortable. Very well thought out layout and well equipped.

We were greeted upon arrival by Gary and Katie who were very welcoming and gave us a guided tour to the apartment, all the facilities, and how to use everything. Gary also told us a little bit about the area and useful info like where the bus stop was and how to get to the town centre etc. We were told to just contact them if we needed anything else, and although we didn't need to we felt they would have been very approachable if we had. The apartment had all we needed, it was clean and had all the mod cons, oven, microwave,fridge, kettle etc. One of the reasons we booked was it had a washing machine and dryer, which was really useful as we were midway through our holiday, so had all the facilities to wash dry and iron our small travelling wardrobe. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Lovely outside area with seating and table for our use. Parking was right outside. The area was really quiet, and on a nice quiet estate so hardly any passing traffic, just the odd neighbour. It was a pretty flat walk into the centre of Cheltenham which took us 50-somethings about 25 minutes at a leisurely pace.

There was nothing not to like. It was just lovely.

It is unusual to have a studio with a full cooker and oven as well as a washing machine and dryer. Owners were very friendly and helpful and the apartments was spotlessly clean. Having a parking space was a definite bonus.

Everything was excellent!! All met or exceeded our expectations!

The studio was delightful, really modern with lovely extras provided like biscuits and milk and toiletries in the bathroom. The hosts were so accommodating - providing a full change of bedding when we needed something hypo allergenic, and they were so flexible on checkout.

Everything was perfect and very clean especially in time of Covid. We felt very safe and the apartment was full of accessories, amazing!

Good location 25 minute stroll to town centre. Small & Compact, but everything needed for self catering including washing machine & Dryer

Very clean apartment, everything that you need is there. There is a pub across the road and a supermarket about 5 minutes walk. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the property. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the cotswolds.

Very clean & comfortable. Well equipped for longer stays. Would perfectly suit professionals staying away for longer / regular periods. The host Katie, is friendly and approachable. Best place I’ve stayed in Cheltenham so far. Incredible value for the price.
