it’s was too cold water and room,
the temperature was around 3-8c

- Clean and beatiful room with a nice terrace. It was obvious that the hotel is in operation for some time, so the cleanliness was especially appreciated (like curtains, carpet, furniture upholstery)
- The room is warm and terrace view is pleasant (facing the nice green square)
- There is a fridge in the room which was not mentioned in room facilities, so was pleasantly surprised
- Staff is helpful (but I felt like some of my questions/asks could be avoided)
- Various options for breakfast provided
Mostly small stuff like:
- No towels in the room, so had to remind to bring them
- No bottle of water (mentioned in facilities description) or glasses in the room per default but can get them or ashtray if you ask
- Not all organizational processes are intuitive: rooms do not have numbers but names while room keys have only numbers printed on them
- It takes some time (20+ mins) to get your breakfast, so can be inconvienient if in hurry (probably, can be ordered by certain time but not sure)

This property is in a good location but the property is in need of an update.

Great location, newly renovated rooms that are spacious. Very comfortable beds, I enjoyed having the balcony for some fresh air. The restaurant below has good options for the whole day. I didn’t have a chance to go to breakfast so not sure how that process worked, although I believe you ate in the restaurant. Staff were helpful, spoke English and French, and they were able to turn around my laundry in under 3hrs.

The best about this hotel is its staff, especially the receptionists, the cleaners and the people working in the restaurant. They were very helpful and nice, it feels like a big family!
The breakfast is good and the location is as good as it gets in Ifrane.
I have nothing bad to say about L’empreinte d’Ifrane.

Alcohol-Free Hotel; So clean, Safe, and the staff (shoot out to Amal and her colleague) is so lively too. Whatever you need, you just need to ask for it. The location is PLUS.
Maybe add more decoration like vases or so. Yet I really like what they have but suggest they spice up their bedrooms with some colors or small deco.

Really unique hotel. Nice room with a very big and comfortable bed. Nice shower. Location is just above a cafe/restaurant so food isn't any issue. Good location with plenty things within walking distance
Bit noisy with the restaurant downstairs but not too bad.

Location was great! they have a good restaurant menu with reasonable price that I highly recommend for everyone! Room are large enough and has good views
Our room wasn't completely ready for us because they brought towels and pillow covers later after we got in!!?? Michlifen room shower door and sink need a fix!
We stayed in Ifrane 3 days in summer2022 and due to lack of water 💦 all springs and waterfalls is disappeared 😔 so it's not worth it in summer time

Parking, it was so hard to park around the hotel area, and their is no parking reserved for the hotel guests.
It will be nice if they have few parkings reserved for hotel guests.

Issues paying! The guy at the reception said my cards didn't work??? I tried 3 different credit cards and they all got refused. I used the cash point out side which worked fine!!! After calling the bank in the UK (at great cost) they assured me that my cards are fine and not blocked, The hotel had inputted the terms of payment that did not require any need of my pin which was the issue as it was over £100... Disappointing as I had to pay in cash which meant that I had to change more money to the local currency.

Nice location near the park, Ifrane lake, resorts and other attractions. Very helpful staff, especially the lady at the reception desk. Our room had a nice view with a nice balcony (but no chairs or table provided). The breakfast was nice; it could have been a little better with more varieties.
Some nuances like, curtains off railing, busted lights, unclean carpet.

I liked the location of the hotel, which is distinctive in the way it was built and the room had a balcony overlooking the city.

- doesn’t deserve at all the price they’re charging.
- bad employees, felt like a was spending the weekend with prison guards, no smile , cold welcoming…
- we had to ask for water, and we mini fridge…
