The location is great, quiet and the view is amazing. Peter the host is nice, always making sure we have everything we need.

We would have liked a bit more essentials, sugar, coffee filters, ice trays. The rest was great.

DO NOT BOOK TO STAY AT THESE APARTMENTS! They are on a building site, with portaloo and crane outside and neither Booking.com or the Residence told us. I broke the wheel on my suitcase, as the taxi driver refused to take us up the rubble track to the apartments. We were met and showed the apartment and told not to open the windows for the rest of our stay. It was sunday and we were told that the workmen would be there monday to saturday. We were duly awoken to a terrific noise. Lorries with materials, vehicles outside our window. Workmen having their break, smoking and chatting outside our window. We rang Booking.com who promised us a full refund. We didnt get it. The apartments only gave us 6 nts, which turned out to be less, as someone calculated the night in £ rather than €. Booking.com told us they could do no more as they are Agents. It beggars belief, that these properties are still being advertised.

We chose this property for its proximity to the beaches. Since the area has a lot of hills, distance to the beach matters a lot more than elsewhere. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The interior was very modern albeit a bit impractically furbished. There is no cleaner that bursts into the room every day. We did not have problems with trash piling up as someone mentioned - just asked where to throw it (one of the large bins was in the garage). There is a garage, so we could park in the shade.

The water in the pool was not clear but definitely had some disinfectant in it. The place might need a few new towels and bed linen - some were past their lifetime. Not all kitchens are equally equipped so make sure you check before booking if you need something special, but they are spacious. The construction site was noisy as of 08/2022 but they only work until about 15:30 and I think they might finish the noisy part before the 2023 season. Closed windows allways solved it and you can´t leave the windows open because of mosquitos anyway. The A/C worked well. Lots of stairs - not suitable for people with walking problems.

We loved the view from the apartment. Also the location was top: near to Dubrovnik but in a less crowded place. The beaches are very near. With the warm weather the swimmingpool and the airco were more then welcome. The housekeeper is very friendly and helpful. We could place our rental car in free and save parkingplaces.

The apartment is lovely but for 4 persoons the livingspace is rather small. I would recommend the place rather for 2 persons!

Alpha-Apartments has a lot to offer, it is only a 2 minute walk from a quiet less-touristy beach which has beautiful turquoise water. There is, however, also a pool and hot tub for those who aren’t as keen to swim in the sea. The host is also extremely kind and will help you organise day trips and trips to Dubrovnik for a fair price.

It is hard to fault Alpha-Apartments, but I think that the only thing missing from our stay was access to a washing machine, which would have made things a lot easier.

very great complex for family stay! amazing wild beaches just around the corner, pool was super great advantage for our kids and the Peter was very kind and helped us in wverything we needed! The property is bit further from city center what has been a great advantage for us as the walk to the city center was full of great views and not hard to walk even for 4 y old. i hope we will come back one day!:)

value for money - among the cheaper options in close facinity of Dubrovnik. Spacious bathroom and bedroom, terrace was next to our apartment. Small playground for kids is offered in the property. very helpful and kind host at the property!

The apartment is not thought through - things are messy and the whole kitchen is very uncomfortable to use. the pool was a bit murky and water not really crystal clear. there is construction ongoing next to the property, but no noise noticed during our stay. the final 500 meters of road is a bit offroad driving.

The apartment was modern and clean. The facility had a pool and roof top deck. Peter was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Close to the airport, apartment was clean, modern and spacious. We were able to leave bags during the day under a stairwell.

Feels like the outside of the property is in a building site and the view is spoilt by a crane. Recommendations from host were not very good - beaches and directions are better found on Google maps. No pre message from the host to describe what to do on check in. very steep hill and steps to get to accommodation so bear in mind for heavy luggage. We were also offered a lift to the airport without mention of a fee, when we arrived at the airport, the host asked for 100 hrk which we didn’t have as we had spent all our cash. This left us leaving on awkward terms as it was made out to be a favour as it’s a 5 minute drive. we checked Uber after and it would have cost 50% less so recommend doing this!
