Unwahrscheinlich süße, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoss.
2x morgens um halb 7 Feueralarm im Haus, was die Bewohner wohl schon kannten, weil sie gleich wussten wie die Anlage zu deaktivieren war. Bis jemand kam, musste man das aushalten....

Sadly for the owners the previous guest had smoked in the property and that really wasn't great. They'd tried really hard to clean it. Otherwise the place was spotless and very well kept.

the apartment was v well appointed and v comfortable.
my only negative was the flat entrance door which seemed flimsy and had no inside additional security lock/bolt! we had a random person ringing on the o/side doorbell for 30 mins between 1000-1030 last night which left us feeling a little vulnerable!

Would benefit from a shelf above bathroom sinks and in en-suite shower. There isn’t much surface area in the bedrooms or bathroom to put ‘stuff’ on, but that’s a really minor detail as it’s a great apartment.

A clean and comfortable apartment 15 mins walk from the Town Hall. Efficient heating and showers. Well equipped kitchen.
Lack of a bedside table and light. Only space to eat was at raised breakfast bar or coffee table. In good weather outdoor table and chairs would be used but not in winter.

The cleanliness, the newness of the furniture, clean linen, newish decoration, free parking and well equipped kitchen. Liked the en suite bathroom. Very close to the centre.

The apartment was okay. Showers were excellent. Plenty of hot water. Bonus of outside patio. Fairly comfortable and in good location for getting into town. Good transport networks. Nice bed linen.
Apartment not very clean. Outside area covered in cobwebs. Hairs in shower.
No hook for outside coats. No full length mirror. No shelf for toiletries in shower. Mattress not very supportive. No bleach for toilet. Only one tea towel for 4 days use. Hoover provided gave off dreadful odour when used. No proper cleaning materials to use which would enable to remove tough grease if required.

The location was good, with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The parking was superb, with the car safely off of the road. The apartment was very clean and spacious with good amenities and Jade's communication was excellent. Very good value. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
Could have done with a table and chairs, this is a personel requirement, it would have helped with eating arrangements and assisted in a game of cards. (We are in our 60's, so found the low settee and the high stools a little difficult)

it was not far from the town centre. Jade was very helpful and allowed us to gain access earlier as we arrived early due to light traffic. The property was cosy, comfortable and clean.

Self catering, great location, a short walk to Chelt town centre, plenty of space for 2 people, nice courtyard garden.
-A sidelight/standard lamp would have created a relaxing mood in the lounge area.
-A metal baking tray would make using the oven for pizza/pies/tarts etc a lot easier and would prevent messy spills getting onto the racks/floor of the oven, the oven already had burnt-on food inside on our arrival.....the microwave also needs a good clean, remember to look upwards, towards the "roof" of the microwave.
- Main door into apartment could have fitted better and the lock/handle have been more robust, it's all about feeling confident, safe and secure in an unfamiliar environment.

The location was great, just a short walk to the centre of town, which meant restaurants and takeaways were very close. The flat was very clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. The flat was kitted out well with crockery, utensils, iron, cleaning equipment etc. with towels provided. I found communication before the trip with our host, Jade, was very straightforward. The courtyard is an added bonus, but we didn't use it due to the weather. I would definitely consider staying here again.
The TV in the bedroom did not work and despite reporting this on the first morning, was not fixed before we left. The breakfast bar stools were very high and too high for my Mum-in-Law so we sat on the sofa. The living area is quite small but this was fine for our needs as we were out for much of the time.
