The location and view from the living area was fantastic. I spent much of my time walking my dog around the area and then gazing out at the river view.
Some restaurants and cafes were not operating at the hours listed on Google.
Fortunately, the accommodation had good facilities and the supermarket had what we needed to cook for ourselves.

Great location, easy walk to town and beaches, lovely grassed area in front of property.
We booked for 5 people 1 couple and 3 singles, this was confirmed, however on arrival late on Friday, only 3 queen beds available, found a single bed mattress, but there were no sheets to make up the bed. Bathroom ceiling fans, in bedroom 2 blocked with dirt, balcony to bedroom 2 unusable mossy, some lights globes had blown we had to change around globes, front balcony on bottom level broken timber floor, moss on roof. No tea towels provided. Apartment needed a good clean and refresh. Perhaps labour shortages are to blame, but properties need to be checked regularly.

Beautiful and peaceful our accommodation was perfectly situated in front of the Moyne River.
the property is lovely , however it needs a bit of TLC in some outdoor spots.

pots and pans were dirty. filmy window covering in master so early morning light poured in. one patio chair and both Baldy chairs were in terrible shape so no one would sit on them. the ceiling over the patio was falling down.

The location was awesome. The apartment had such a beautiful vibe. I felt like a princess staying here for 3 nights. Everything is so close, walking or bike riding distance. Hubby loved the fact there was a bait fridge. The heating was great. The bed was made beautifully. We will be back 😊❤️
The things I didn’t like are to do with house keeping and attention to detail. The glass doors that lead outside onto deck had grubby kids finger marks all over them right at eye level when sitting on the couch. Some of the cushions need to be retired as some had stains on them, the couch under where cushions sat needed a good vacc and main cushions needed pushing back onto the couch. We couldn’t find and bin liners for kitchen bin anywhere. The clock on the wall needs a battery. The shower in the bedroom with balcony facing the river needs a good clean. Some newer frypans would be nice. The outside deck area needed a little love/clean. Personally we would prefer to be able to chat to the host rather than via email. We would of liked to stay a bit longer or do a slightly later checkout but we could not communicate directly with the host

It was a very spacious apartment. 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on different levels gave people privacy.

The location was amazing...sitting on the deck was fabulous.

The code was correct and we were able to get the key to the property easily. The key box however does not close easily.
The external BBQ facilities were in poor shape and the gas bottle was empty and thus couldnt be used. The gas bottle was secured and couldnt be moved. One of the ensuite toilets kept flushiung continually.

The property is clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, good position, easy walk to shops, beautiful view of the river which is very relaxing. Whole house was very comfortable, it was a wet and cold weekend, however the house seems to keep its heat in, at night we did not need to heat up bedrooms before going to sleep.
While everything was great about the house, the bedrooms did not have the block out blinds, which made sleeping in after early sunrise difficult. Plus due to not having the block blinds in the bedrooms, undressing was not possible in bedrooms at night due to neighbours being being able to look into rooms through the light blind only being fixed.

The beds are actually a bit ordinary and advertised as queens but I think they are normal doubles.

Location is fabulous. Lovely view over the river and a short walk to both the main shopping area and the beach. The layout of the house is great, quite compact but fitted us all in nicely without it being too squeezy. Well appointed, was great to have an ensuite in each bedroom. Terrific place to relax. Quiet, but interesting to watch the happenings on the river.
Just felt like it needed a good spring clean. The bedrooms & upper bathrooms smelt a little bit musty and was a bit grotty in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. I had to wash a few things before use. For what it cost I would expect it to be schmiko.
