The location - it’s just beautiful
The 3rd floor retreat is just magnificent and a great place to retreat to.

The location was awesome. Literally right on the beach.
The only negatives were downstairs bed was not very comfortable and the huge upstairs windows were dirty with hand prints all over them and the mirrors look like they were cleaned with dirty water.

The location was perfect. The beach was just across the road, we enjoyed a long stroll while watching the sail boats.
A little more attention to cleaning was needed. There were cobwebs with spiders in one bedroom and the ensuite floor hadn’t been cleaned. Some of the quilts on the beds were quite thin.

The location and views are great.
The window in the main bedroom made a terrible noise throughout the night while the wind blew. We could not sleep and had to make use of another room downstairs. The house is in need of a deep clean.

The Location was absolutely fabulous opposite East Beach. The house was cozy with a mew Gas fire. Was more than comfortable, furniture and window coverings all a bit dated but perfectly functional. Two outdoor balconies and bbq would have been great - but we had terrible weather so didn’t venture outside.
