Overall the condo was great and the amenities was a plus. The chair attendant for the beach was friendly and able to accommodate our group needs. Location was a plus and lots of nearby restaurants and places to visit. Only downside about the unit 502 would be the basic commodities you would want in the main bedroom. Bathroom door was partially missing and had a shower curtain that allowed water outside shower area. Bed in the main bedroom was definitely in need of changing out. Made a lot of noise, you could feel the springs of the mattress yet pillows were great.

Condo is great! Beds are comfy. Stayed in many condos over the years and this one has the best fridge with an ice maker. I am picking up something for Linda Lee. There should be two is that which one is that? OK Bathrooms are nice with tall vanities and toilets! View from balcony is awesome. Plan to give the drawers a thorough wipe when you arrive but was clean in all other places. Choose 503 and you will be happy!

There was a sign posted on refrigerator to not set thermostat below 75 degrees because is will freeze up. The refrigerator took along time to cool food. Kitchen provided everything needed (except for meat thermometer to cook prime rib). Great time to visit with nice weather and no crowd. Right on the Beach!
Condo was clean and well appointed. Steps from the beach. We enjoyed most everything about the condo except the following. Note in the condo said the only thing provided was toilet paper. No coffee filters and we weren't sure if we would be charged if we used the paper towels that were wrapped up on the kitchen counter. We have stayed in multiple condos where more kitchen supplies were provided. Not enough of a negative to cost a star but something that future guests should be aware of.

Surprisingly Quiet and Private
Couldn’t have envisioned a better place to spend out final trip of the year. We’ve stayed at the larger complexes only to be disappointed by families rushing out of their units in the early morning or wasting beach time waiting on a crowded elevator. Surf Dweller was one of the cleanest and well stocked units we’ve stayed in. The extra large Balcony was the icing on the cake. The 2 BR/BT floor plan also has pocket doors to segregate each room with its own bathroom. Will definitely consider staying again.
