It was amazing. The condo was lovely and perfect for our vacation. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The restaurant was having staffing issues, but who isn't? My only complaint was that we couldn't get the TV figured out, but that's a little deal.

The “private beach” advertised was unusable for swimming because of the seaweed but children could play in the sand. The pool area was very nice and the restaurant on-site was convenient even though some dishes were unreasonably pricey ($16 for a cup of soup!eek). The fish and chips was the best deal and yummy. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I have no regrets, I would even stay at Shaun’s condo again.

The property was clean and overall great. However, the location was not the best as the property was not on a good beach and not in the best neighborhood. For this property you definitely have to rent a car in order to go to better beaches, but for the price it was good and we had a great time overall.

Had a great stay, great beach. The area condo was in was alittle on the run down side but condos were great and in a gated property and was nice and quiet. The restaurant on property was not as good food wasn't good and service was even worse, but that was not fault of the owner Shawn he was great.

My husband and I were very surprised and disappointed when we entered the condo. Many of the photos on the site do not match what we saw. We should have been told that the condo is in a state of being remodeled/repaired. There were cans of paint in plain sight, globs of spackle of the floor, and a newly sheet rocked but unpainted wall. A kitchen outlet had no cover plate (dangerous!). An entire wall of kitchen cabinets aren't there now, making it very inconvenient to get on our knees to access the dishes and pots and pans in 2 low cabinets. There are no doors on any closets. The sheers on the bedroom windows offer no privacy whatsoever (people walking by can see in as this is a ground level condo). In this condition, the condo has a 'cheap', low class vibe. If we had been made aware of the 'work in progress' condition, we would not have rented it at this time. We were not told the security code to enter the complex or that we had to register our stay at the office. On a positive note - the grounds are very nice, the beach and pool areas are never crowded, the bar & restaurant are convenient.

Perfect location to explore the island. Beaches close, 2 min. to town, less than 30 min. to each end of the island. Conda was clean and had everything we needed. Mattresses seemed new and were comfortable. Kitchen has some new upgrades. Plenty of room. Can see some hurricane damage but looks like new flooring and continues to upgrade. I will be returning.

I had a great week. I plan to retire to St Croix and could easily live in that condo.

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. Shawn answered all my questions quickly. The unit itself is fully furnished, even including beach towels and snorkeling equipment. It is about a two minute walk to the beach, and there are several beaches within walking distance. There is a restaurant in the property and another within walking distance. The only negative thing is that the WiFi isn’t very strong in the unit - but it is stronger by the pool.

What a blast we had in St. Croix! Shawn's condo was the perfect place for our stay. The newly remodeled kitchen was a nice touch but the best thing was the location. Right in the middle of the island so we could easily get to either end of the island. The beach there and amenities were nice and so handy. Pool toys, blender and spacious condo were all bonuses. We even found the laundry at the condos and that was VERY handy for those of us who travel light. Thank you Shawn for the use of your wonderful condo. It was a gem and a perfect fit for our stay!

Overall my stay was very good. The unit is in a good location and the facilities are nice. The furnishings and kitchen are new with plenty of utensils for temporary living. The owners were great to deal with and I would stay here again if the opportunity came up. Thanks!

Lighting is very inadequate throughout with the exception of the hall. A/C units struggled to keep it tolerably cool, fry pans need to be thrown out and replaced. With that, it still met our needs!

We have been coming down to St. Croix for years and this was the first time renting a Condo. We had plenty of room in our unit, our daughter had a blast, and she loved the pool. Good times for all!

Great place! Decor and furniture were lovely. Cleanliness was ok. Cab fare was decent.(12$ one way to downtown.)Restaurants had good food. Overall nice experience!

Apartment spacious and well equipped, but on ground floor and w/o balcony, a bit dark. Beach is OK, but a lot of seaweed in the water. Restaurant on property was closed. Nearest town, Christiansted, is 3 km away, but very nice once you get there, a lot of restaurants and a very nice boardwalk along the harbour. Not recommended to walk from town to the apartment at night, but taxi service is available. The St Croix island as a whole is very nice with a lot of great beaches, snorkeling and fantastic weather. We really enjoyed our stay.

Shawns condo is so cute. The artwork is cheerful and very St. Croix. Love the Mocko Jumbi in the living room. The master bedroom bed is obviously new and super comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked and the place was super clean. Everything looked brand new. I come to St. Croix every year and stay for several months. It's easy to make friends in St. Croix because people are unbelievably nice there. That said I've been in many condos in Mill Harbour and this is one of the nicest I have seen. The tile was still broken by the front door but workers were there to measure it for the purpose of fixing it. Keep in mind that supplies and handymen in St. Croix are limited due to the CAT 5 that hit in September and getting a repair does take some time. It was no big deal anyway. WIFI is $39 dollars a week and $59 a month at Mill Harbour. That is the set up they currently have and all condos have that. The board is currently looking for an alternative WIFI source. I love Mill Harbour. The best people, the best snorkeling, quiet but still so much to do. It was a joy to stay in this condo and the price was awesome compared to many of the other condos here. You can't beat this property.Nice quiet location.Close to food shopping.C-Stead an easy 10 minute drive.Fun time,totally chilled out experience and you can't beat that beautiful carribean warm clear water.

Between us and other family members we spent time in 3 Mill Harbour units. This one was the nicest. We enjoyed recognizing the lovely local-artists' decor. It should be noted internet is not free, and you have to actually call the internet company to get a secure connection that does not timeout every half hour. Wifi connection is only reliable in the living room near the router probably due to cement walls. We didn't have many expectations due to affects from last hurricane season, but it would have been nice to have known about the restaurant closure ahead of time as we were looking forward to good things we have heard about the food and entertainment. We were very satisfied and will remember the unit number for future stays, as we saw first hand other units are not nearly as nice and the others had power or hot water issues that were not taken care of in a timely manner by their owners nor on-site manager. We had no problem with our condo except the power outage on our last day resulting in cold showers on our travel-home day. That's part of island life -we've been coming to St Croix for 25 years so we know basic things we are used to in the states are not guaranteed here. I also would like to mention the master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable, especially compared to the first unit we stayed in at #309 which was horrible. We really appreciated the comfort of the furniture and bed and the obvious effort that is made to keep the place both nice and comfortable.

This condo was perfectly located on the beach with a great pool! We meet several nice and helpful condo owners on the where to go and eat. The condo itself was dirty, not the owners fault, but definitely would get a new cleaning lady. Dirty wash clothes left behind the bathroom door, cobwebs everywhere, old food smell coming from the sink, the tile floor was sticky and the sheets had holes and stains. Now, not having cable and WiFi like what was listed, just a bunch of dvd’s most wouldn’t play is the owners fault. Especially after we contacts him several times throughout our trip regarding the cable and WiFi, all went unanswered. The condo next door said they had WiFi and cable so I know it was not due to the hurricane. And a little heads up with the tile missing as soon as you entered the condo would have been nice to know as I tripped over the piece of lumber put down in the missing tiles location. We do highly recommend Mill Harbor, great location and great people, maybe not this particular condo. The island was beautiful, beaches amazing, everyone especially the locals were extremely nice.
