Room is spacious. Comfortable and king size bed. It is located at 观音橋 where there are many shopping malls, eateries and restaurants.

Need about 20-30 mins walk to the metro line 3&9 station which is not near. The check in and out timing are inaccurate on Booking.com. Require to place CNY200 deposit. However, I managed to ask for waiver. Thank you, host.

They didn't accept either CASH or Credit Card. And this was not listed as part of their reservation requests for foreigners. If they ONLY accept WeChat and AliPay, it should be CLEARLY stated in their page. I arrived to Chongqin and was not allowed to stay and had to look for another accommodation and pay much more in a hotel due to this.

This apartment was amazing and fantastic value. Great location close to shops, restaurants and endless food halls. Clean and modern apartment and building, easy to locate and close to metro. Spacious room, washing machine and reading area by windows were excellent. Staff were very helpful with helping book tours, finding attractions, making sure I was comfortable etc. Will definitely stay here again.

No housekeeping included, even for one week stay. Unreliable internet. Fridge would turn itself off when you go out for the day, not great for keeping food and dairy fresh in the middle of a hot summer. I understand the need to save energy, but constantly making a fridge have to re-cool is very inefficient.

The location is very central, just next to Ruffle city, and close to railway station.

The room is totally different from the pics, the bathroom is not clean, and the shower area is broken, the bathroom is leaking badly, even the host agree to send someone to fix it, but he said because lack of some component, it hadn't been fixed anyway. The kitchen is very poor, even they said you can cook, but that equipment are all looks old and dirty, no one would like to use that things to cook for themselves.

Location was different than we checked before booking, although in the end the neighbourhood was fine. We just had a bad feeling about the way this was communicated.

The location was completely different then what was shown on the map before booking. I feel that if the owner is having multiple units available he should be more open about the actual locations. I understand that if you choose for the cheaper room options it’s going to be different, but we actually checked to room pictures and finding out later that the location changed was too much of a surprise.
