The only positive thing is the location.
The room was dirty, the linens smelled. The breakfast was disgusting, the pool water was also dirty. In return, the free parking space was not available because it ran out. We had vomiting diarrhea for three days from either the pool water or breakfast. It was the worst place in our lives, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Large rooms are very good for families.
Pool is very good and not crowded.
It is a relaxing environment. Close to beach and activities.
It was a shame none of the facilities were open. No childrens club, no gym, no spa, no laundry. I would have liked to have known this in advance

They didn’t have parking available. I had to park my car a few miles away from the hotel. Nobody help me with the luggage i was carrying, while we walked around the hotel back and forward a few time, all because the staff member didn’t know where my room is situated.

Place is a joke. 2** at best, but nowhere near 4. Amenities are old and poorly maintained. Extremely understaffed.
We had an apartment with kitchen, but no utensils, plates or pots. You can’t even make coffee or a sandwich. Completely useless.
In the heat of the season their elevator didn’t not work and they gave us an apartment on the 5th floor. When asked when they expect to have the elevator running, answer was ‘Around Christmas’.Repulsive, arrogant and rude behavior.
We asked for toilet paper and were given half a roll previously used by someone else. Disgusting!
I have never spend money more poorly. Whoever runs this place should be truly ashamed of charging this outrageous amount considering what you receive in return.
Booking.com should request verification of stars and advertise accordingly.

The staff was friendly.
The hotel needs to be renovated. The douche cabin in the bathroom was leaking and it didn't have a proper door. The terrace was not clean (photos included). The tiles were dirty and outdated (photos included). On the terrace there was a broken chair which made a bad impression(photos included). The kitchen was absolutely empty - no plates, no utensils, therefore I couldn't even cut a fruit to eat. The breakfast was unsatisfactory as well. There were some tables which were left uncleaned for quite some time which made a bad impression. In the restaurant, there were no waiters whom I could order a normal espresso to, as the coffee from the vending machine was really bad. Also, some of the bowls at breakfast were dirty, which was gross. The overall quality of the breakfast should be significantly improved.

The pool is awesome. Its very large and perfect for both morning swimming and for children to play in all day.

The facilities have a lot of potential. Beautifully built but poorly utilized. The staff was very pleasant and the manager was accommodating.
The kitchen was not equiped- it was literally empty. The manager told us that this was disclosed on booking.com but we did not see it disclosed anywhere. The only reason we booked the hotel is to have an apartment. Without the kitchen it is the same as two room. The place was too expensive for just a plain room. It doesn’t cost much to put a few cups and plates there
We stayed for 8 nights and the breakfast was the same EVERY DAY. After day 3 my kids did not want to go eat breakfast.

Very close to the Beach!!
I very rarely write reviews but I need to warn you this is a disappointment.
1) very unhygienic rooms. They refused to give me a clean room DURING COVID the floor and bathroom were covered with OLD thick black hair. Very disgusting if it’s not your own. I had to wear shoes to go to the bathroom.
2) unfriendly staff at reception. The hotel was empty due to our late check in hour. They made me unpack my whole suitcase on the street having my underwear lying everywhere to fetch my passport as they do not accept ID
3) nobody will inform you about the breakfast they Tell you to get some from the steer outside
4) upon request to speak with the general manager they said he was not available. They refused to notify him at the reception.
Don’t go to this hotel if you want a clean and relaxed vacation
