Small family hotel. Restaurant was good.

Very clean, lovely view of the sea, beautiful garden, delicious food, helpful owner and staff.

Liked everything. However, please note that parking is in the street and could be a challenge during the busy season. Also Old Town is a 25-minute walk away.

Such a great host and lovely family-run hotel! We are definitely going back another summer! rooms were cleaned daily and we had lovely breakfasts. We were lucky as our room got upgraded and we had a great view over the sea. We had multiple requests, such as early check in; iron and iron board; extra towels for the beach; late night call etc and the host was always super helpful with a big smile :) extra recommended!

Perfect choice for a very relaxing seaside vacation! 1 minute away from 2 beaches, 1 public, 1 private (with reasonable prices), clean Black Sea water, 20 minutes walking distance from the Sozopol Old Town, great hotel own restaurant and very clean and quiet location, with very friendly staff. Just great!

Personell extremely polite and helpful. Direct access from the restaurant/Hotel to the beach. A really family hotel. We had a room with partial sea view, with a small balcony. We were located so the street noises didn't bother. Rooms and floors cleaned every day. Swimming pool with a shaded area, small, clean, not heated. Breakfast a la carte, not big but enough. The only thing-served from 8.30 so it can get crowded in the morning as you wait for your plate. Really great value for money. We used the bistro restaurant for lunch/dinner, tasty, homemade, easy card payment. Walking distance to the center. Lidl shop and a local bakery around the corner. Bus stop Lidl for the other Dino beach close by. I would stay again, no question about that!

Very cosy hotel not far from the center of the city. It was not on the main street, therefore it was quiet during the night. The breakfast was very good, so we would recommend it from this point of view.

The bathroom was very small, mixing toilet with shower together, but it is typical in Bulgaria. Anyway no negative aspect in general.

Loved it all

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room has amazing view towards the sea at night I could hear the sound of the waves which I loved. The room was very clean and daily we had these lovely ladies coming to tidy up and to leave fresh towels. Everything was perfect. The service at the small restaurant was very quick with nice breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect situated just above the bamboo beach and 10 min walk to the central part of SoZopol. Budjaka is very beautiful area. I highly recommend. Thank you for the great holiday.

It’s hard to tell what I didn’t like. I would probably say that the pool was small but who needs a pool when the sea is at your doorstep. I would also recommend to the owner maybe to include more fruits and vegetables for the breakfast.
