Dreadful experience from the bar staff on the evening of the 21/3/23 There was little customer service- there was a real take it or leave it attitude. We waited over an hour between starter and main course - had to ask to have plates removed. No additional drinks offered no one asked if we were ok. There was poor management of the staff , there seemed to be no co- ordination between the hospitality team. No one smiled or was even remotely hospitable! It reminded me of the TV show “faulty Towers “. In fact I actually thought I might get up and cook my dinner as it would be quicker I do hope you can give feedback to the staff . Good communication , excellent managementband a smile goes a long way in hospitality!

Stools in the bar could be refurbished. Not the best experience eating from height table. However food was delicious.

Everything was excellent the girl that came to clean the room was so nice and friendly and excellent at her job hope hopefully will be back to stay soon again and will visit the garden across the way

We stayed here for 2 night stay over w/e, it was more than we expected, such a beautiful hotel, staff were so warming & friendly and so efficient. We ate in hotel on both nights and we could not fault one thing, the food was just fantastic , compliments to the chefs. would definitely recommend this hotel and we will go back again soon. It is so central, and easy to get around.

Everything was perfect. Really nice hotel, very good location. The room was big and clean. There was everything what I needed. I'm sure I will come back again!
