Price, location, staff were all excellent

A crowd of very loud ladies returned to hotel at a late hour and spend the next at least an hour shouting/ very loud talking in their room, I know it comes with the territory staying in central Killarney but I felt they could have been asked by night Porter to keep it down a little.

Rooms were beautiful and facility was very clean. Breakfast was included and the food was very good! Plenty of guest parking as well!

The parking in town was brilliant and the check staff member was ver professional.

The morning staff were not professional with the breakfast hostess being very rude. This spoilt our overview of Foleys. The bedside lamp did not work.

Big cosy vintage room with an amazing bed. So comfortable / we slept like in a "heaven". Location is fantastic / in the middle of the town. Also the staff were so nice and breakfast was good.

We really loved the "old world" feel of this hotel. Every room was different with furnishings and layout. Foley's is not a "cookie-cutter" hotel chain. This hotel is a 1-of-a-kind unique and charming place to stay. The location is right in the center of town, although it's not what you would expect a center of town hotel to be. They have a nice private car park accessed via a controlled gate, a very friendly staff at the desk that went above and beyond in caring for our needs, and the breakfast was delicious. While we did not take advantage of the world famous seafood restaurant located on site (not big seafood eaters) the staff was more than happy to call and arrange bookings at a few other places during our stay. The street on which Foley's is located is 1-way and can be a bit tricky if you are new to driving on the left side of the road, but we managed to navigate it many times as we explored the wonderful places to be found in Killarney and County Kerry.

We have visited Killarney twice before, staying in a B-n-B and another hotel, but there was nothing to not like about Foley's. Great location, great staff, great experience. If there was anything to not like it would only have to be the fact the sinks have the 2-valve system (hot on the left, cold on the right) and my parents (91 and 88) couldn't quite get their perfect water temperature for shaving and such. But thatwas minor and they soon figured out what to do.

Fronting the street, the room was quite noisy. Perhaps look at installing better noise resistant windows. No non dairy milk alternative on display at breakfast, I was given some oat milk but it was gone off.
