Location is great, staff is friendly and very helpful

The location is okay, next to a noisy road, but near the beaches and town..

Mainly the air conditioning didn't work on two nights out of three. Totally ruining the holiday. It was boiling, impossible to sleep. We moved room every day..finally the last day the room was good, though smaller. The first bathroom stunk of the sewers and nearly made us vomit each time we went in. The walls were scruffy and scratched and poorly maintained. The second room, the flush wouldn't work on the toilet. Another worrying aspect was that the fridge became red hot in the night..and the electrics in the room look a bit dangerous, some held together with tape!!!

The hotel is just OK, rooms are big, location is good. Bed was comfy.

This hotel definitely needs a good revamp and renovation. The shower was terrible, with the water changing temperature every few seconds. The TV didn't work. Reception was never there and not particularly friendly. When we checked out at 10.30am (check out is at 11am), no-one was there, we called the number twice and nobody answered. We decided to leave the keys in the box and our bags behind reception (unattended), to then be told off when we came back to collect them for having done so. Not sure what we were supposed to do. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Location was good and room was fairly clean.We stayed on the ones that has a balcony and liked it.

The bed was spacious but it was squeaking and it felt like I was falling into a hole.

It’s not as nice as on photos it needs maintenance. People that come for the beach it’s quite a walk from the hotel But you have a nice view to the sea and marina

Bathroom needs upgrading

Location is great. There are shops and many restaurants nearby. It’s also near the train station. The hotel is in front of a harbor and as you turn further to the right, there’s a lovely park in front of the beach. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It has a 1L glass of water, a kettle and a couple of biscuits and coffee as a complimentary which is nice. The receptionist could speak English.

There is no staff at the reception after 22h - 1400. So if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. We had a problem with our room keycard because when we extended our stay, the receptionist forgot to re-validate it for the next day the reason for us to be locked outside our room for hours. Nobody answered our calls within this long break. Good thing a lovely housekeeper helped us to get in using her own access card. We had to wait til it’s 1400(opening hour) so the receptionist could re-validate our keycard. The room cost: Personally, I think it’s expensive. Breakfast: The breakfast is served in the restaurant beside it. The female staff (or the owner ) doesnt speak English and we had a miscommunication about a coffee choice that she yelled at me in frustration. The breakfast itself is very basic yet expensive.

Very dated decor and in need of a makeover No manned reception after 2pm! Alarm went off at 8am Sunday morning and took 30 minutes to turn it off!!

Spacious room, super king size bed, good size balcony, fridge and tea making facilities (rare in Spain).

The three staff that we met during our stay were exceptional. The person who booked us in was very helpful providing us with information, recommendations and discount vouchers to enable us to make the most our stay. The housekeeper we spoke to ar the of our stay went out of her way to secure our luggage in the secure room until it was time to leave Villanova and we were directed to a short cut to the train station. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

It was a last minute trip and I searched to book for Sitges and this hotel appeared on my search. On top, the location is identical to Sitges. Walls are super thin, bathroom dirty, loudness everywhere.

No breakfast included in my price.

The bathroom smell on the first floor. The bathroom was clean but a strong odor was coming from the toilet. The staff was very helpful and explained to us that the system was very old, and sometimes this is expected. She was very kind and used a cleaning product that made the bathroom smell more pleasant. Another problem was the construction noise behind the building otherwise okay.
