The food was a good standard and the staff were incredibly cheery and attentive. The room was clean and nothing broken. In fact it looks like the rooms had been refurbed and the shower etc was excellent and beds very comfortable. Good location for everything and after a quick explore and detour off the main roads you can be down the beach in well under 10 minutes.

There is no decent "bar" and entertainment is for kids only. However you can get all your drinks easy enough and I guess most people will be venturing out anyway. My only issue was with the pool music on day one. Really loud and intrusive with Bryan Adams on loop but to be fair that was the only day of the 4.

Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel again for more than one reason. And the reason which the hotel should eliminate as quickly as possible is - cockroaches in the room.

not much storage space/wardrobes for clothes etc in the room. sun beds are not very comfortable around the pool old and worn and no adjustable backrest on them just flat.

Food is ok... but would probably not bother next time as you can get a lovely full English next door at the tenerife Gardens for €3 and generally the food is cheaper and better quality else where.

Clean spacious lovely pool and food area . Staff so friendly would stay here again no problem .

lacked minor bits which would have made it very good.no bedside cabinet,no shower shelf,no table chairs inside Hardly any sun on balcony.

The location was great, near enough to the centre if you wanted it yet far enough away if you didn’t. The staff were outstanding. Very clean and tidy. plenty of sun beds without having to get up early.

A group of very load, foul mouthed Scotish men who upset everyone who eventually were told to shut up and respect other guests. The entertainment room requires up dating as it’s like a 1970s club.

Basic, modern and clean. Fantastic location for shops, bars and restaurants with beach 10 minutes walk away. Fabulous base would return. Options to upgrade on food and drink reasonably priced

The size of the apartment was amazing. It's location was very close to everything and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had to stay longer and our original hotel was full so we booked laguna Park for 2 nights. It did the job it has everything you need and it's cheap.

When you come into the reception it doesn't feel very inviting and the ceiling appears to be falling through but once we got out and headed to the apartments we were impressed. The shower in the room stayed hot for about 1 minute then it was freezing. The shower also starts to flood as soon as you're in it which left to the whole living area being wet.

Kind, hard working staff. Lovely vibe at the pool. Cosy restaurant. Always a table available and lots of food (we went in november).

Everything was more than o.k. The pool was a bit cold, but that didn't stop us from swimming :)

cleanliness was not to bad few hairs lying on floor but nothing that I was concerned about

sliding doors from main room to bathroom, sliding door for bedroom did not close stuck in wall. location of room was poor in dark corner. more like a staff corner for passing to take tea break. no coffee table to place cups toaster did not work and no remote, did not get advised we needed to pay deposit for this on arrival. did not use any of the other facilities such as dining room for meals or entertainment

we asked for a wine glass for the apartment and we’re told no glasses were permitted to the room. we were offered a paper cup.
