I stayed for a week and everyday there was very poor internet which kept on going off to days with no internet at all. This is very bad because I needed internet to work. So there were days where I could not work at all. The evening before I checked out is when the problem with the internet has been fixed. Having made complains to the reception several times. Also my toilet was smelling of very strong urine. I cleaned it severally but it still smelled. Then also the apartment was tiny for 4 people.

Decent price for decent room and the flexibility of having kitchen amenities, though abit on the cheap side of what is provided as a base and the fact you have to clean after your stay yourself or pay an extra fee.

However: Twice during our stay the fire alarm went off close to midnight. Twice there was no information from the staff present of what had happened or if it was safe to enter again. There seem to be no routine as to what to do when the fire alarm goes off, which in itself is alarming. And it seemed the staff just shut the alarm off without checking what set it off and if it was under control. Fortunately there seem to have been false alarms bringing up families with small children in the middle of the night twice - at least I assume so since none of the staff gave any information. Though I fear for what would happen if there was a real fire, with the absence of routines and lack of information. The whole charade with the fire alarm, combined with the wifi not working at all for our entire stay and there being long lists of rules what not to do in the premisses, plastered over every free centimeter on the building interior, adds upp to this relative low grade for Residence Residial Antibes.

Close to the train station, was good for a short stay to do day trips to the surrounding towns.

The wifi didn’t work, and we were only given one roll of toilet paper which was a little embarrassing as we had to ask for more repeatedly. We also had to take out all our rubbish, sheets, and towels which I thought was a little unusual and inconvenient but not the worst thing in the world.

The girl with black hair and glasses at the reception was so kind.

Excellent place to stay, just beyond the train station, 15 mins walk to the old town and beach. Fantastic pools, rooftop and ground floor. Both lovely. Definitely would recommend here, clean, comfy, good value, near to everything. Antibes is lovely.

An apartment not a hotel so no facilities other than the pools. Can have self service breakfast but I didn't bother. Studio had excellent facilities for cooking, and fridge etc.

we had a nice spacious apartment for 2 adults and 2 children on the 5th floor, we had a huge balcony with a fabulous view over the harbour, comfy beds, no frills apartment, very close to bus and train station , 2 fabulous pools

we had 2 young children and it was a half an hour walk to the nearest beach. Antibes was lovely but very expensive to eat out and not always great food even. you have to clean the apartment yourself on departure or pay 60 euros, you have to take all your sheets, towels and rubbish down,no maid service at all

The location was good to travel from. The pool was refreshing.

The wifi service was in and out. The water ran cold for 15mins before heating. The shower door is only a half measure water would get on the bathroom floor. The shower wall was grimy. The did not accommodate fresh new towels they had a 3€ charge for changing it. The Continental breakfast only had small croissants cereal with no milk, coffee apple juice and egg when I went down the cost was 12€.

A bit far from lively food, cafe area (about 1.5km). Wifi is very slow. Hot shower gets hot slowly.

2 swimming pools at the property . Bed linen and towels were included. Well equipped kitchen. A real bath as well as shower! Gym equipment for guests. Hoover and mops for d I y cleaning on departure.

5 minutes walking from train station, so it’s easy to travel to any other town in Côte d’Azur apartment with balcony, kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fridge
