Breakfast buffet was excellent, though the orange juice was hard to find. Wellness offering is extensive and very good. Dinners were superb and the wine list is excellent. The bar is great. Staff is friendly and helpful in all areas.

The information Tablet is not user friendly: navigating the menu is difficult and it turns on and off on its own, lighting up the room like a searchlight in the middle of the night. I finally had to put it in a drawer.

Amazing hideaway destination, but it is meant for adults who want to rest in a quiet place away from urban life The food is extraordinary

Make sure that you check the open facilities with the hotel before you go, when we booked the spa was closed for renovations

Great disappointment

We booked specifically this place for wellness ( thermes/ spa / swimming pool looking great on photos!). Room was not cheap 262 euros. Arriving there we discovered without any prior warning that the wellness Center was closed. Besides no discount was proposed. To continue , we were proposed a room with view on roof. Asking for a change, personnel proposed another room but with a 72 euros mark up. The following morning, been waken up by construction works at 7am in morning! WiFi was very weak in the evening and not working at all the following morning to a point that the invoice was not possible to get at departure even the amount due! Place to avoid : personnel not trained or service minded or without ability to decide on small things that can compensate for hick up in experience. Experience is a disgrace for the price we paid!

Super hotel in wonderful surroundings.

No wellness due to reconstruction. True, it was written in the fineprint. It was also not said on the phone. Being a wellness hotel, you should be more clear upfront. This was not very classy.
