Good location and friendly staff. However be prepared to take the stairs! Highly recommend renting a car if you come here. Bus schedule is not reliable and doesn’t run late enough to enjoy the night life.

The pool is in need of serious help. A complete remodel is desperately needed. Pool was really bad. New furniture is needed in the lobby and the rooms as current furniture is worn and threadbare.

I liked the staff in the restaurant who were extremely friendly.

Staff at the concierge were extremely unhelpful. Especially checking out I simply asked if they could find some information about storage for our luggage as I was heading to Capri. He seemed dismissive and not interested in at least trying to help. After paying €1000 for two nights the service was terrible, the hotel was overrated and the location was not so great. On top of that the wifi barely works and the charging sockets are shockingly slow. It took me 8 hours to charge my phone. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again. I'd also go as far to encourage others not to waste so much money on a room that is standard.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were the best part of the hotel. Location and view excellent. Breakfast was good. Not exceptional but adequate.

Room decor was old and dated. Our room was extremely humid and the bathroom was very dark so not that comfortable. Fitness room was very bad. Half of a room with just one or 2 pieces of equipment. No window, no water, no towels etc. Very inadequate.

Nice lobby, kinda outdated tile and room. Front desk did not go above and beyond to assist us with Taxis or helping us get delayed luggage. Promised to call after taking photocopies of paper work and never did or spoke about it again.

I felt the coffee was from push button machine and not the original espresso machine. Waiters could understand more english

it’s quite old needs updating for sure as it’s in a great location!
