Super gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick gebucht und haben sogar ein Zimmer mit einem Balkon und kleiner Terrasse bekommen. Frühstück war sehr gut. Parken konnte man in einem Parkhaus das fußläufig etwa 5-10 min entfernt ist. Parkticket kann direkt am Empfang erworben werden und die ganze Aufenthaltszeit genutzt werden. Preis-Leistungstechnisch super.
Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden gehabt.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The property and rooms were always clean. The location was perfect. The free breakfast was very good with a large spread to choose from. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again if I was to return.

Location is absolutely fantastic with incredible views of the lake. We upgraded room on arrival to the top floor with the bigger terrace. Very handy for the ferries and a 15min walk from the train station. Staff are very friendly and there is a good breakfast selection. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a central location within easy reach of bars/restaurants/boats trips and a straight forward 15 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the standard of cleanliness was impressive. The continental breakfast included an array of choices that varied each day and the quality of the food was very good.
The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the balcony was really only big enough for one person at a time.

The room felt a little like a hostel room but it was sufficient for me, my husband, and 2 sons and we truly spent so little time in the room that it was not an issue. The bathroom was lovely and the breakfast was good value for money. The location was wonderful.
My husband and sons were working remotely and my sons had zoom classes and the wifi in our room was non existent. There was one tiny spot in the room that had intermittent service, more off than on, so they could not work from the room. They had to sit in the lobby to get their work done, which was not ideal.

We loved everything about the Hotel Vittoria. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast varied. The location was great. We stayed in a suite which had a small separate sitting area. Great large terrace overlooking the lake.

Location is exceptional. A bit of street noise but worth it to be on the lake, walking trails and near restaurants. Wonderful staff. Huge delicious breakfasts

The location is perfect. I had a balcony and terrace overlooking Lake Garda, a wonderful view.
Room was very comfortable.
Staff very nice on the whole, especially Aurora on the reception desk. She is very friendly and very helpful, a real credit to the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They have excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to see. We had a lake view and balcony. it was bliss waking up to views of the Lake.
