It is good hotel

I couldnt belive inside room safe to use you should pay per day 5 euro extra charge. Indoor swiming pool need to pay extra 12.5 euro. Everythink is extra charge. i booked this hotel because of 4 star and there is not so much information about extra charges. Every step at this hotel you need to pay extra money.

Our stay at this Hotel was exceptional, from the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with smiles and were giving the most amazing welcome. it was clean and smelled clean too. we were originally staying at another hotel about 10 mins drive away and insisted on a full refund as it was not up to our standards at all, and the room stunk. The Sumus hotel was full, but they managed to fit us in. The room was perfect with two single beds and a large balcony view towards the beach. The technician even came up and went out of his way to fit my HDMI lead into the back of the TV, which involved him taken the TV of the wall just so we could watch Netflix and Chill in the evenings. all the staff were so welcoming and helpful. the pool area was very clean and tidy. and for EU food it tasted great. we especially loved the top range all-inclusive we had been given as this allowed us to have as much water and bottles of drink including cocktails and full bottles of wine, prosecco and Champayne in ice buckets so we could take to our room in the evening after the entertainment. the entertainment was light and not to in your face. we came for a relaxing vacation and this hotel gave us this and it was within walking distance of the shops. you also had a chain train to take you around the town. every time the Manager saw us, she checked we were okay and asked if we needed anything etc., we felt so very welcome and would defiantly stay here again. all the bar staff were second to none and gave 100 % service for our whole stay.

the only thing I didn't like was there was no room service. being disabled sometimes walking is an issue so it would have been nice to have this option. the only other thing that I think I would recommend to the Hotel is higher an English cook for a 6-month period to teach there cooks how to create some traditional English dishes to go along, side there's. I feel like the EU Hotels don't get great reviews on the food because the English and American are picky eaters, the kids love there bake beans and chips, and a proper burger that is made from proper mincemeat. good old fasion English Sausages and proper Bacon. Shepeard's Pie, Cottage Pie and Roast Potatoes. The bar staff were so on the ball whenever we needed drinks, food or snacks, there were all so polite and dressed so smart all the time.

Not enough parasols around the pool. Arrived just after evening meal ended, in our room was a sandwich and fruit. expected a bit more as we missed the buffet

A modern clean Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for the beach. The railway station is near the hotel and ideal for trips to Barcelona and other coastal towns.

Food was good quality but after a week felt very similar each night. Majority of people were on an all inclusive basis so had drinks included with thier evening meal. This was not ideal for people on half board basis who had no option but to buy even water with thier meal.

Room seemed to be like new, all was white and clean. Room and bathroom were spacious and it was good that bathroom floor was not slippery when wet. Bed was comfortable and there was good choise of pillows. Possibility to make tea/coffee in room was nice. From balcony we had town/mountain view. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice, specially the lady in reception when we areived. There was free parking place just 5 minutes from the hotel.

Arriving to hotel with car may be a little difficult if you dont find parking place and have lot to carry as you cannot drive to the front door.

The hotel was very relaxing with good entertainment and food .

Great for rest and relaxation holiday, as not much else happening in that area.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

very bad spa (old, dirty, never available as you need to book way in advance like multiple weeks ahead) terrible service by the staff who care only about making you pay extra…for the gym, for the spa, for anything anytime…

Nice room, near the beach, with 2 balconies and nice pool area

We arrived at 15.00 and had to wait because the room wasn't ready, didnt had all the goodies in the bathroom (tooth brush, tooth paste etc), can hear all the noises from the other rooms.
