Instalaciones, limpieza, ubicación. Camas duras, pero se puede dormir y sillón cama comedor cómodo. Aire acondicionado para calor perfecto . Buena ubicación para ir a comer en alrededores Tasca Santi y pizzería.

La comida no me gustó, para 4 estrellas poca variedad le daría en comida 2 estrellas. En las cenas había poca variedad, no había pescado o carne sin salsas. No había comida típica canaria y desayunos normales, buffet libre americano. Había en cenas, tres tipos de comida carne con salsa, pasta con la salsa incluida y no parecía casera. No había paella básica o variedad de ensaladas, papas fritas congeladas, horneadas y las salsas incluidas. No variedades típica italiana, mejicana, tres o cuatro platos y sobre todo elección de pescado y asado mientras pide para poner a tu gusto. No había animación ni piscina, ni noche sólo dos días de turismo para senderismo y descansar gente mayor. Para hospedarse, para animar y comer no. Almohadas incómodas. Hubo hormigas pero pocas y muchas tórtolas.

Zona piscina y parque infantil muy amplio y limpio.

Poca variedad de comida en el buffet. Se repetía prácticamente todos los días mismo menú. No había animación ni actuaciones por la noche. En la habitación habían hormigas.

Big room, excellent view. We arrived late in the evening when the restaurant was closed and were thankful to find dinner in the refrigerator.

Room looks a bit elderly. In the kitchen no caffe machine or even a kettle. Parking exits, but not enough lots, possible to find parking on neighbors  streets. To use the safe in the room you need to provide a 30 Euro deposit (only cash) and pay 1.20 Euro per day. It is not what you expect from a 4 start hotel.

Excellent location, close to the airport, with delicious breakfast, a huge terrace next to the pool, and kind, polite service. Highly recommended

Good location, kind of a little away from the very centre, so quiet, but still close to anything needed. Very good service, reaction to any requests very fast. nice views, spacious rooms, facilities work.

Well, this is a huge hotel in La Palma standards. You can especially feel it when transporting your luggage or during meals at the swarming canteen.

Beautiful location, amazing pool, and comfortable, large rooms for the price. Staff were super friendly and the pool bar was very cheap considering the location.

Breakfast was below average, didn't change much, and isn't worth the 7 euros per person add-on. Biggest issue was the wifi, though, which logged you out every time you moved locations around the hotel and you had to re-enter the password. Very annoying.

Breakfast time should be extended. Finishes way too early.
