Location was good only 10 min from the airport. Sea just 1minure walk. When we checked in the night the concierge was very rude.

Rude concierge, it was no blanket in one of the bed and staff didn't wanted to help with that. Awful experience it was not possible to sleep very loud drunk residents singing songs screaming every night until 4 am. The balcony was dirty, pieces of kebab were on the floor when we arrived. Breakfast was ok, dinner too. Coffee was off, had to buy coffee from else where.

Full of uneducated teenagers who are constantly drunk, shouting and smoking weed around the premises. A very very noisy hotel. Furthermore, no TV remote in the room nor any buttons on the TV. itself as apparently some guests steel them or their kids break them. By this I felt like an irresponsible child who won't behave. Would like to be considered an educated adult that I am and have the possibility to turn on the TV, without going down to the reception to get one and paying a €10 deposit. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel offers lockers in case you have to leave the hotel late and want to store your things there. The price for the locker is €2, but in case you need to get anything out of your bag during the day, you will need to pay €2 each time you open the locker... nonsense

Superb views from the roof of the hotel. It's less than a minute from the sea. Comfortable bed. Clean. Checked in very quickly. For the price, it's super.

The room reeked of sewage. The water in the pool was very cold. The room is poorly soundproofed, we could not sleep, it was very noisy. It felt like sleeping on the street.

I've booked for an apartment inside the hotel and they moved outside the hotel in a horrible apartment few minutes walking from the hotel. Very noisy, not cleaned well, one bad was broken and very uncomfortable. The mitsubishi air conditioning had the filter competently dirty, they never cleaned them. The microwave it doesn't have any power socket close to it. The reception in the night was really disorganised an so slow, lot of people were wanting at 01.00 for the check in, there were only two guys working at the reception but doing same things.

Very clean, very nice attention and treatment and the breakfast was good.

First room we got was awful, couldnt even stay in it, went to reception and first staff member we got wasnt very nice, somebody took over who was much nicer and moved us to a better room

The front desk staff were rude. We checked in and didn’t receive the room we booked. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment and was given a studio apartment. When we went down to the desk the guy with glasses said that there were many different styles of 1 bedroom apartments and that we received the room we booked but we didn’t even get a 1 bedroom apartment it was a studio. Finally after some back and fourth he said he had a 1 bedroom apartment but it was in a different property 50m up the road. We accepted and the property was trash. It was way worse than the main property in a sketch area on top of a busy ATM where people were yelling and screaming the whole night. It was also not cleaned properly. The floor was gritty and the walls and bed sheets had stains. There we’re also a lot of cockroaches. We would have much rather stayed in the main hotel in a room we booked with access to the rooftop and pools with a decent view.

Good location, facilities and very good staff. Taxi, supermarket, bus stop, beach and shopping close. Nice sky bar with pool and very good view.

TV shouldn’t be charged extra. It should be a courtesy.

The only good thing about this hotel is the beach 2 minutes away,staff are ignorant and when you go self catering with a kitchen,you expect to have a kettle and toaster.Instead you get a two burner hob that comes on and off when it feels like it.The tele in kitchen sits 3ft away from a wall and doesn’t adjust to move,so you need to be stood up to watch a Spanish tele.I took a 5 year old and had a balcony outside kitchen 6 floors up with bars and same out back both sides looking into other peoples rooms.

Nothing everything was fine. We stayed at Whala beach last year as well and it is excellent value for money.

The location was amazing, from the Airport u take Bus A2 S’Arinal for 5€ per person and about 25 min. it’s very easy to reach also there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. the beach, the view und the hospitality are the most i like.

one elevator for the hole hotel was pretty problematic especially when your room in the last floor food was okay but their is no many options. if u don’t like pork it’s going to be a problem. if u want to have a fridge in your room u need to rent it for 5€ per day also u can hear everything going on outside your room like literally everything
