The director and the cleaners are nice but this is not 4 star hotel, it’s a 3 star

Either my dog or the breakfast was included in the price, and that came at a surprise at check in with a very rude receptionist The air con wasn’t working

The hotel was clean and well presented- good location if you intend exploring the island by local bus - the bus stop being outside of the hotel.

Nothing about the hotel specifically; however El Arenal is a tired resort

Location and the Pool were nice.

The Room wasn’t that clean and the A/C was so old.

The staff was very nice, helpful and funny. They had always one good word to everybody.

The location is very good, close to restaurants and nice area. There is a very big free parking area next to it.

The sun light didn’t reach the pool area that much.

Quite good location and the rooms are OK as well. Breakfast and dinner are fine, especially the dinner was quite awesome!!! If you have luck, there are not so many and not so loud german guys in your level or next to your room… bar and pool outside is great and worth to try those!

The property is in a good location, close to the airport and easily accessible by bus. The spa and pool are nice additions also.

I enjoyed my stay but it would have been nice to have some different options at breakfast instead of the generic tourist selection.

Prime location to stay in S’arenal area & the rooms are good value for money which in our price was including a decent buffet breakfast.

The guests are loud regardless the time & do respect other guest trying to sleep & the hotel unfortunately cannot impose a rule to stop them from being loud. We are talking about guests being loud outside their rooms in the hallways at 03:00 am shouting and laughing as if they are at the beach.

The food was super fresh and good. The idea of having a person who makes omlettes in the morning on the spot when you request it so it doesn't get cold and grills the meat in the evening also on the spot it's awesome! 100% recommend.

The stuff members were very nice and the breakfast very good. Also the location was near the bus stations.

We had a mountain view room. But we could not see any mountains. Didnt find a lot of stuff in the room only toilet paper towels and bed sheets. The bathroom had some problems with the water falling on the floor we dont know where from. Very noisy nights almost couldnt sleep. Dont why the hotel has so many stars to be honest.

The staff are lovely. The room was a nice size, with a sea view . Clean and comfortable. The food was good, and plenty of seating in the dining area.

I have NEVER had a noise experience like it before at a hotel. Unfortunately a large amount of guests who were up till 5/6 every night screaming, slamming, arguing in the corridors and balconies, moving furniture, playing music etc. it’s a massive shame as the hotel is off the strip and usually a decent place to stay. Staff even apologised BEFORE our stay as this is a regular issue.

The pool area was nice and the bar staff super nice, did not hurt that the drinks were a reasonable price. The spa there was super nice and cozy

Make the rooms a bit more modern as the rest of the hotel was super glamours and modern so a bit disappointing when the room was very plain and a bit outdated

Hotel was in a decent area, you had a bus stop around the corner and a 10/15 walk to the beach with all the shops. Food places were also around the block. However, many of the food places were more kebab takeaways than restaurants. Most of the main food places are located at the centre of Palma which would mean you'd have to get a bus to get there. The hotel rooms were always clean and fresh and the blonde receptionist gave us free entry on our last day which was very kind of her.

I was expecting much more based on the pictures/ price and mainly because they were displaying themselves as a 4 star hotel. The hotel claims to be a 4 star, however I'd say its more of a 2 star hotel. The hotel isn't very big and as soon as you walk into the hotel there is no AC and it seems to always smell. They turn the fountain off outside and lights aswell. One of the male receptionist told us all lights in Palma go off at 11 which was a complete lie. We asked him because our room lights weren't working. The hotel is very quiet and you'd think there isn't any one around but yourself. They also charge €10 for breakfast which we didn't go for. As a for 4 star surley they should provide free breakfast. We opted to eat out for breakfast as it was cheaper. We also had multiple problems with our key card but the staff were always happy to sort it out and provide us with a new one. Lastly, looking around the area there are a lot of hotels. They're under 4 star but looking at the way they look you'd think it's a 4 star and we were starting to think maybe it was a bad idea booking where we booked. Just looking at them the difference was huge! Just by walking past you could tell it was a much better hotel.
