There was a wonderful time in Hotel. Close to San Augustin beach, quiet and beautiful place. There are some health activities from morning till day time, and there are also some live music or some kind of show in the evening. There is a track near coastline top Maspalomas so you can make a good Walking there. The personal was friendly and positive, and helps us a lot with some of our questions

I don't find the Info about Dinner's Drinks Here: we have half pansion(breakfast and Dinner) but any Kind of drinks was not included. Not critical but just keep in mind.

Lovely hotel which suerly deserves 4 stars. Its location is right next to San Augustin beach, so one can eighter enjoy the beach and ocean or relax near the tropical pools area. Staying only in the hotel is not boring at all, as you have daily entertainment sports and games activities, plus small gym, spa or you can also go for a long promenade near the ocean. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and very clean. All staff members are very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel, as well supermarkets and restaurants.

bed was very hard. Evening , salads and desserts were lovely. Unfortunately the main meal was a bit of a hit and miss. I had a tummy upset a couple of times I didn't eat anywhere else. Told gentleman at the desk that I don't think he understood me. English of the staff wasn't great. Would not go back. He had very strong winds so the umbrellas couldn't go up so the four days we were in a room. Too hot to sunbathe without any shade. Pool looked lovely but freezing.

My partner and I stayed for five nights all inclusive in a Double with Sea side view. The room was spacious, very clean and we loved the balcony overlooking the sea. We were very impressed by every single one of the staff members who were not only incredibly professional and helpful, but also very friendly. They made the place feel more like a four star hotel. Juan Antonio at the bar, Nicole in the Animations team, Minerva and Monserrat in the restaurant, and Cristian at the pool were all especially outstanding. One of the pools is heated (24 degrees) so even if it’s not a very sunny day, you can still have a swim. There are a few different activities available during the day, we loved yoga on the beach in the mornings for example. Most evenings there are musicians or other entertainment at the Pool Bar. The hotel is directly on the beach in an area that feels safe and relaxed (nice walks along the beach to the next town). There’s also a little “shopping centre” a 10 minute walk away, as well as a small supermarket adjacent to the hotel. The hotel has a car park which they charge for, but there’s a free public car park next door. On the all inclusive drinks menu, there was a great selection of various drinks including cocktails, liqueurs, wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks. We had all our meals at The Food Garden where there were enough good options that we never got bored of the food. We definitely recommend this place and are already planning on going back!

They charged 2€ a day for the safe which we didn't really understand, as it's already in your room. I'm pescatarian but the options would be a bit limited for anyone who is vegetarian or vegan on the all inclusive.

Location, just adjacent to the sea beach. The pools were superb and very clean. Staffs were always very delighted to help.

Only problem was our bathroom's drainage. The water passes through the drains in wash basin and bath area very slowly. In fact, sometimes it was stagnant for a few minutes and then passing slowly. Please take care of this and note my room number was 319.

room was small. 'side ocean view' provided a view of a parking lot, followed by a restaurant, and finally a glimpse of the sea... the vast majority of hotel guests seemed to be Northern Europeans on all-inclusive package tours

Very good value hotel right on the beach with excellent well trained staff. Good air conditioning and Wifi. Room was quietish. Forts time we've stayed in a no children hotel, and it did make the pool much, much quieter.

Location was good with easy access to the beach.

The property is marketed as having as having options of B&B half board and full board as well as all inclusive but in reality the hotel only really caters for all inclusive which is buffet food for every meal. The property is marketed as having several dining options but again in reality the only option that is not buffet is a very small area sectioned off and that has to be pre-booked and despite having booked half board (breakfast and dinner) to dine hear was an extra charge. The property is entirely set up as an all inclusive and the marketing is deliberately misleading/deceptive. Hotel reception staff were very off hand and totally disinterested in satisfying the Client.

We got locked out of our room at 5 minutes past checkout even tough they had a policy of 10€ per hour for late checkout.

Practical location at the San Agustin beach and very close to Clinica Roca bus stop (easy access for example to airport and Puerto Rico harbour).

Please note that the adults only concept does not cover the beach which is filled with small kids. The hotel itself is on the contrary filled with retirees. Breakfast and dinner were ok, but you can get better food in the local restaurants. Pools not heated = pretty cold at least in December.

The room was perfect, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, big bathroom, nice view of the sea.The half board service included a greatly wide selection of food. The bar was also very nice, there was live music every evening.
