The location is perfect, We had a great view of the old city and the fortress and could watch the sun rising.

Breakfast was a little poor but fair enough.

The location was quite convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the entrance of Tsarevets.

The interior is a little old and tired. I was assured by the staff during booking that the hotel is in a quiet area. Unfortunately that was not the case completely. If there are noisier guests in adjacent rooms, you would hear it. You could also hear some cars passing by on the main street, even though the hotel is not located there directly. I was not impressed with the breakfast, but it was fair enough.

Breakfast....was more like a joke. Minimum of the minimum. 2* hotel

I had a damn jacuzzi in my room with a view of Tsaravets 😃 The stuff was super friendly and helpful. I had a electric car and they let me charge it for free. The location is 10/10

The receptionist and the staff were very helpful and supportive on our demand and did charge anything. Definitely they are professional

very bad condition of the hotel, rooms are dirty, we found a used panty in our room, door alarm was ringing and we left immediately finding another place to stay. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, photos are misleading.

The room is very nice. We stayed in a room with private sauna.

The pillow was a bit hard for my taste.

The bathtub was the most dangerous I have experienced. Slippery with NO handles.

Well positioned hotel, with parking garage. The building is situated in the city center, but not on the main street which is great if you don't want all the noise. Polite staff, respectful and professional receptionist (helped us with early check in and parking, offered all the necessary information). The room was spacious, heating, wifi, tv, minifridge and hair dryer were working accordingly. The room was clean, the only small disadvantage was the shower had a small leak, but nothing serious. Breakfast was good and diverse, the coffee was also ok. Overall we had a nice short stay, would recommend.
