It was an amazing experience. The hotel was very near to the centre of everything but in quite neighbour. 10 minutes walk from the center of the city. Nice and clean . The room was very nice ,the breakfast was very rich and the staff was excellent I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Christina and her big smile at the reception. She gave us all the informatiom we needed. I would never forger her kindness. Thank you Christina. Looking forward to meet you again .

There was a slight odor in the toilet .

Great location at walking distance from the centre, helpful and friendly staff at reception, and really good to have a parking space in the garage (needs to be reserved in advance). Also great to have free breakfast included, with good croissants and a filtered water machine to refill our water bottles. Beds were comfy and the bath was really great too, with nice salts provided. The building also offers a swimming pool and a sauna!

The room was very warm and the only way to keep it cooler was to open the window (in the winter). The lights were also a bit dim. Minor things anyways!

The reception desk was super helpful. I was inquiring about Christmas Day dinner with my boyfriend’s family during our visit, and the hotel was very responsive to my request and helped secure a dinner reservation for us. The room was very comfortable - we had a balcony overlooking the city and the mountain. It was so lovely to wake up to the sunny view. The pool was nice and the sauna (although small) was another bonus. I do wish that the pool would open earlier than 10 am so we could get some morning lap swimming in. There was a fitness room; while small, it was unexpected, given it was a boutique hotel. Parking was free and easy, also another bonus. My only minor complaint was the breakfast - the selection was limited, and there wasn’t any fresh fruit. Despite that, I’d still recommend this hotel if you are looking for a restful stay.

The SPA

The breakfast just OK. The quality of the room furniture

Everything was nice, great pool and garden.

The lamps in the garage space turn off too quickly, it is very hard to load or unload your car in the dark.

Friendly staff, we asked for a baby cot and kettle and we got them without problem. Good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood.

The balcony was too small, didn't have any chairs or table that you could sit on, it was practically unusable. The bathroom had a bad smell. The entrance didn't have an access ramp for strollers.

The hotel is located close to the city center. It has a small but nice swimming pool opened until 10.00 pm. They offered us also a discount for a restaurant near by but we didn't use it because we already had in plan to visit other one.

Quiet and comfortable small hotel-spa. Very kind and friendly staff ready to help and providing services from early morning Coffee to printing documents. Really enjoied our stay. It is well placed close to the centre of the city.

The room was really great. The breakfast was good enough. The massage was also very good. Additionally to this in next hotel (where a discount was offered) it was really great restaurant.

I would not call this hotel a SPA hotel. The pool was very cold. But (except SPA) the hotel was really good.

The hotel was really clean and the staff friendly. The food at breakfast was good and varied. I also had a decent massage and because we went off season, we had the sauna and pool for ourselves. They also have underground parking which was really helpful as otherwise parking would've been a pain.

I didn't particularly like the bed but my partner loved it, so it kind of depends on your preferences. The pillows were really nice though 👍.

Excellent location and very helpful staff who were friendly and approachable. The pool facilities were also very good.

The gym was very small! Not a disaster but just be aware that the photographs make it look bigger than it actually is.

They don't have their own restaurant but you can get a voucher for a place down the street with really good food at reasonable prices. The pool and sauna are nice but rather small Will probably be back here next time when we are in Veliko

The water from the pool had a bit too much chlorine.
