Staff at reception and in restaurant were very friendly and very efficient. Breakfast buffet was excellent - plenty of choices. Pool area was clean and well cared for. COVID rules were very clear, with everyone fully compliant. Regular (and cheap) bus service into the centre of Kos (bus stop right outside hotel).

We were a little disappointed with the view from our room and were offered an alternate after a few days. However, by then we were well settled.

Really nice hotel with amazing food. The evening meal was 5 courses with plenty of choice and the breakfast was just stunning........probably the best buffet breakfast i have every had with almost everything you could think of on offer. For us the issue of it being just outside of the town wasn't really a problem as the buses ran regularly and we hired bikes, which were only £20 for the week. The staff were lovely and genuinely seemed happy to please.

We struggled to find any issues with this hotel, UNTIL it came to getting home. We booked a private transfer via the hotel and paid a premium for the privilege as we just wanted it to be hassle free. Sadly it turned out to be the complete opposite . The taxi didn't turn up and after a very stressful hour negotiating with reception they refunded our money and reluctantly phoned an alternative company who sent out a cab (mini cab was half the price BTW). By this time it was so late that two of our party missed their flights, so it turned out to be the most expensive transfer in history. No official apology from the hotel and obviously no recompense............clearly need to do better and spoiled what was nearly a perfect holiday.

Excellent experience. So clean. The staff were so friendly. The pool is massive. Our room was amazing. Really really impressed. Breakfast was fab and included in the price. Lunch was also good in the pool bar. It was honeymoon and we were given a bottle of wine and a room upgrade. Highly recommend.

We Loved all of it staff exceptional , more than we ever expected and more Front of house staff amazing Nikki an absolute joy ,bar staff terrific , housekeepers do a great job and Theo and Manja just outstanding .

The restaurant food could be warmer everything was a little on the cool side but the quality was good served by smiling staff .

Breakfast very rich and delicious, two restaurants are very elegant one with great sunset view, staff very kind and smiling, ambiance and the music is great. Also pool is very comforting. This is one of best places in Kos.

May be fresh flowers in the room and on the tables outside, more silent sunbath area on the grass.
