A real gem of a hotel.It’s only rated 2 star….no idea why. It was really excellent, and great value for money. Spotlessly clean, nice super king sized bed. Kettle, fridge, good shower., tv. Towels and bedding changed regularly. It was peaceful and quiet. Will definitely return

The bathroom is quite small

Located in the center, in a quiet street, it has a decent buffet breakfast for a relatively low price. The room is spacious enough and the facility is pretty clean overall.

The breakfast is pretty small compared to other hotels I've been to in Kos.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows just right. The breakfast was adequate. The shower was modern and with lots of hot water. There was a drying rail on the small balcony.

The bathroom was quite cramped and there was no insect screen on the bathroom window. The balcony small but there was a table and chairs on it.

We've stayed at this little gem of a hotel many times. It's in a great location - just back from the main drag of Kos Town. Vasilis and the team have transformed it, over the years, from a fairly traditional hotel into something that feels like a boutique experience. It is incredible value for money, spotlessly clean and offers a brilliant breakfast. Also in a great situation if you're catching the catamaran to other islands. Vasilis also offers a pick-up/drop-off service from/to the airport so the experience is seamless.

Because most of the flights are late evening from Kos and the hotel is always fully booked so it is impossible to book a late checkout. The hotel surely could leave a room vacant for the purpose of changing and having a shower. l am sure that no one would object to paying 10 euros per person for this facility. We won’t be staying at the hotel again because of this.

Immaculate place, lovely staff who are always willing to help, great location 2 min away from town centre but hidden away from the town noise. I'd go back in no time, incredible value for money. Thank you for being amazing hosts - Piotr

Location was excellent as many have mentioned. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and included a balcony with hanging rack and outdoor furniture. I also found all areas to be quite clean. The neighbourhood is also quiet. I'm not sure if there's much soundproofing at the property but it was very quiet at night.

The breakfast was "ok", not much selection and the quality was iffy, but it was enough to get you started for the day. The shower small and there's a shower curtain which was not ideal for a small shower in a hotel. Plus it did absolutely nothing when it came containing water. My advice would be to wear shower shoes. The bed was also in my opinion, not very comfortable.

Lokalization was great, room, people and breakfasts- amazing! It was wonderful time.

No negative remarks

The room was nice enough, there was someone available at the desk at any time, and the price was okay.

They didn't give me a blanket on my bed, there were some dirty cups in the bathroom, and though they were willing to book me for a second night at the last second, they wanted me to move to a tiny, dark room without a balcony for the same price as my previous room.

We were given the option of a twin room or two doubles so asked for a room with two double beds and were only given one double between us

Excellent room for the price. Comfortable and quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful even when we arrived later than planned after midnight.
