Demasiado formal.

Relación calidad -precio de la habitación y hotel , buena El desayuno rico Comimos en el restaurante y estuvo muy bueno pero algo caro El somelier del restaurante ,Juan García ,excelente y muy amable Era mi cumpleaños y me llevaron a la mesa un trozo de tarta con vela

Estuve unos días en el hotel Meliá Lima en el servicio the level y me encantó, muy buena atención por parte de todos, la señorita Alessandra muy amable, Daniel por parte del desayuno y Alexander de recepción, todo el equipo muy gentil. Me sentí como en casa. Muchas gracias a todos.

Excellent service and made me feel welcome

I booked a junior suite at Hotel Melia Lima at the last minute. The room was clean & spacious, the staff were friendly & especially attentive, and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety.

I would have used the pool if it were heated.

It's nice to have a large mall nearby. The bed is comfortable. The staff are very kind.

The wifi is too slow. The food was good but expensive.

Excellent staff and really good breakfast. Rooms were super comfortable and the location great for getting around.

There was a wedding reception one of the nights, which was a little noisy, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was superb and very delicious. The entire staff at the restaurant was very friendly and treat all of us with respect espacially the manager named, Juan Carlos Santos provided great care The hotel was located in very quiet neighborhood and only 0.15 mile from the shopping mall that has everything you can ask for.

A little bit noisy , specially cars at night

Loved the terraces, front desk staff were super helpful, breakfast was really good! The chocolates were a nice touch, especially after a long day of travel. And being able to organize a car to the airport the next morning was super convenient.

The beds were super comfortable in the junior suite. The staff was friendly and very helpful during check-in, check-out and for other requests. The hotel is also close to a big shopping mall and many restaurants and cafes.

The hotel is in one of the busiest crossings of Lima in terms of traffic (Avenida Salaverry and Avenida Pershing). The outside noise can be so strong it feels the hotel is between two motorways. Investing in soundproof would be ideal.

That the level lounge is not functioning

It was much better than expected. We took a suite and it was very spacious. We loved the bathroom with the shower and the bubble bath. The beds are extremely comfy. The location is perfect.

The staff were friendly and understanding, the room was clean and nice. The Wi-Fi was also good throughout the hotel.

The room was not particularly big

I stayed at this hotel recently from the front desk to every member of the staff. They are amazing and outstanding in the way that they work with customers at Stayer the food. Also, the breakfast was outstanding I strongly encourage anyone that’s going to visit this area don’t hesitate to book with this hotel.

The question is what could be better. Nothing it’s outstanding in every way.

We had booked the Junior Suite because we had been to a Melia hotel before in Berlin and we loved the experience. This hotel is even better. The Junior Suite is nearly twice as large as the one in Berlin. The Level service is excellent. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel room. The staff are excellent, very kind and helpful.

For a 4-star hotel not to have slippers and tissues in a Junior Suite if you don't buy the Level package is highly unusual.

Staff was excellent.

Hotel is a bit old. The room was not soundproof, I could hear very loud street noise.
