Perfect position: near to the train station, the city center and the beaches. Very kind staff. Free water and coffees. Good breakfast.

Great location, very friendly staff, very good value for money. This property is underrated. It‘s a very simple property but it offers comfort, cleanliness and a perfect location. The perfect place to enjoy Cannes and sleep for the night.

absolutely great location. the room was small, but nice and very clean. the staff was brilliant and unbelievably welcoming. our train was cancelled and we arrived later then it was planed. the staff waited us for the late night to do the check in and help us with everything

unfortunately, I’ll stay was a bit shadowed by the some renovation activity - they changed the stairs carpet and the glue odor was everywhere. i would recommend to close hotel for 1-2 days for such purposes. it would be faster for builders and more comfortable for customers
