The hotel is located in a walking distance to the center and the view is magnificent. The breakfast is served upon ordering, it is not a buffet. The staff was helpful with providing gluten-free breakfast alternatives.

We found the facilities a bit old ( for example the bathroom door was not easily moved) and the mini bar had only two small bottles of water.

The location is ideal, with perfect view of the bay and very close to the old town. The room was spacious with a nice balcony.

The hotel is in dire need of a good refurbishing. Escpecialy the furniture and the linen, which is vivibly ols and frayed. It also needs an update on both staff and food. The staff was polite and friendly but a bit awkward and obviously overworked. The breakfast was at the lowest minimum of the hotels class. The parking is non existent and the procalimed available facility is a ten minute drive away.

I did like the location, the hospitality and the professionalism of the personnel, all of which were great . The view was amazing and the food was good.

i didn't like the fact that the hotel was neglected , the headboard of the bed was missing, the mattress and the pillows were not comfy , the table at the balcony was missing. The bedsheet cover was torn apart and the door was scratching the floor when opening and closing.. The photos on the site didn't meet up with the reality.

Probably the last truly classy Greek hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the whole atmosphere had this often forgotten warmth and care.

The location is very good, and has great view kf the bay. Personnel was good, especially the gentleman welcoming guests and helping them with their luggage.

The hotel is very aged. It shows everywhere: scratchmarks, lights that dont work, elevator displays burned etc. Weird smells everywhere. The rooms are impossibly small, and the bathroom is claustoephobic. Shower room is smaller than a telephone booth. The tv is a joke it is smaller than a small laptop screen.

The best view of Nafplio and Bourtzi. The most convenient location. Staff very professional and amicable . The balcony is wonderful . Of course it needs renovation and the 5 stars are not justified but I prefer to see every morning the view which opens my mind and heart than to be in a golden cage.

The price of the hotel is solely driven by the view! Hotel room and amnesties are old and dated. The pool is in another hotel. You need to walk 5 minutes and enter a dirty parking in order to access it. Then we were welcomed by the gardener asking what we were doing here…. Breakfast wasn’t good. Not even a terrace or a bar to chill with good view! Honestly very disappointing. Avoid!

The service level of the front desk staff was exceptional accommodating late arrival needs and peculiarities.

The service level at the breakfast area was not as expected. Staff was polite but when the restaurant got busy, the service level dropped, possibly due to low staff levels.

The location was perfect. The room had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the water and the “castle” in the bay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and of high quality (ala carte menu). We visited Plytra Beach in the area which was a nice sand beach with a great beach cafe. Highly recommend!

The room was attractive and had reasonable room but looked a little dated with many, many switches for lights, blinds, etc. Everything worked but a little confusing.

This lovely facility upgraded us to "villa" on top of the hill. Excellent! Wonderful staff. Very clean, excellent breakfast, great shower, awesome location and view, pool was beautiful, we really loved it!

Too expensive for the room you get!!! They use very old pictures... the hotel rooms are old! They do not have swimming pool however the placed a picture of swimming pool of other hotel!!! Actually I want refund of part of the payment!!!(half!) I am not satisfied ... and if I will not get refund... I will never order by booking.com !!!

Amazing hotel in a great location. Fantastic views, spacious and comfortable rooms, easy access to the town.

Wonderful hotel, facilities and staff! Amazing views from the top of the hill where is located and the food from the restaurant was delicious!! Rooms are very nice and comfortable!
