Ho soggiornato nella stanza 807 del The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences dal 22 al 23 Ottobre 2024, e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. L’hotel si trova in una zona eccellente, ricca di servizi e ristoranti, a due passi dal centro economico e commerciale di Makati, una delle aree più dinamiche di Manila. La stanza era impeccabilmente pulita, un dettaglio che ho molto apprezzato. Il Wi-Fi in fibra ottica Sky è veloce (200/200 Mbps), ideale per chi lavora o ha bisogno di una connessione stabile e rapida. Il letto era estremamente comodo, e nonostante i lavori di costruzione di fronte al balcone, la stanza era sorprendentemente silenziosa, il che mi ha permesso di riposare senza disturbi. Un’altra nota positiva è stata l’aria condizionata: fresca, silenziosa e perfettamente regolabile. Le numerose luci nella stanza erano facilmente controllabili e c’erano ben quattro porte USB per caricare dispositivi, un tocco di modernità che si è rivelato utile. C’è anche un piccolo angolo scrivania, perfetto per chi deve lavorare o semplicemente vuole organizzare i propri effetti personali. Infine, il personale è stato cortese, sia alla reception che il personale di sicurezza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In sintesi, consiglierei senza esitazione il The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, soprattutto a chi cerca una posizione centrale a Makati con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

L’unico aspetto che ho trovato migliorabile è il balcone, che manca di sedie e tavolino, il che limita un po’ la possibilità di godersi l’area esterna.

Tout (et c’est rare). La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, la chambre très confortable et très propre, la petite terrasse si agréable quand on ne veut pas rester dans la clim, le petit déjeuner excellent, varié et copieux. Nous étions dans une suite Barcelona sans baignoire et c’était parfait. De plus l’hôtel est très bien situé, à distance à pied de plein de restaurants, bistrots, malls. Le marché du samedi matin dans le parc à côté est super pour goûter de bons produits locaux (ou pas)

Pratiquement rien. Les plaques électriques ne fonctionnaient pas mais on n’en a pas eu besoin. Une petit peu plus de vaisselle et une petite casserole et poele (p.ex pour cuire un oeuf) seraient un plus

My second stay in this hotel in the span of 1 month. It is so close to some of the good restaurants in Makati. I enjoyed Cartel, Wholesome Table, Wildflour and Tiong Bahru. The room is kept clean.

Noise from the street, especially late evening or early, can reach some of the floors. Windows need more noise proofing.

Picasso Residences is so close to many of the good restaurants in Makati and the Saturday Market. The room was kept clean. We requested for additional pillows and we were given comfy pillows.

Room was great, spacious and clean. The pillows were fantastic. Had a great night sleep. Staff were friendly and there were great cafe's and restaurant's nearby. It was good that there was filtered water in the rooms

More access to be able to refill the filtered water would be great.
