Nothing to like except for the location

Avoid this hotel by all means, they are so rude and scammers. They scam British people and they are so racists with others First of all, the reception was so rude The first day we did our check in, they did not want to take the payment which was weird. On the next day, the rude receptionist wanted to charge us 3 thousand TL extra using the exchange rate difference as an excuse. Here is the story, we reserved through booking using our bank card so that they take the payment online. The total we were supposed to be charged was 8k Tl with the booking discount. They refused to take the payment online and wanted to charge us extra depending on the check in date exchange rate which is not acceptable. The rude receptionist said that I could have taken the payment earlier but it’s me who decides when and how to take it. The check in day we were given the worst room ever as usual not the one we have reserved. We complained about it and they changed for another room. Cleaning is poor and they do not provide shampoo or conditioner. The was no water at the room. Also, we wanted to pay in Euros since the exchange rate was higher than expected, they took money from our bank account which we used for the reservation without us being informed , though we told the receptionist we will bring cash but he took money without having an excuse to tell. Breakfast is repetitive. The only thing that I was thankful for was the location. But there are so many hotels out there.

The price was the main reason why I chose this hotel provided my minimum requirements were met (rating, WiFi, parking, breakfast). The bed is comfortable. WiFi good for videocalls. Parking available. Staff is kind.

Unfortunately, the place is noisy -- you hear the cars passing by paved road, the dishes from nearby kitchen of Chinese restaurant, pool and bar area as well as what people talk on the neighboring balcony 2m away. Finally, the mosque with its characteristic sounds is not far. Fortunately after midnight it became quiet. The room itself has some outdated pieces of furniture, shower and door handles. However, all is kept in working state, repaired and clean. The breakfast quality is good, however the choice is somewhat limited (vegetables, boiled eggs, 1 cheese, 1 sausage looking unattractive). I would prefer a better choice of sausages + bacon + beans in tomato sauce. It would be nice to have not just cornflakes, but müsli (dried fruits were already provided). Most of the clients are older people.

A bit boring

Location is good, around 10-15 minutes from the beach, close to central street. Very friendly stuff.

The Wi-Fi was bad, poor connection, there is no sound isolation, the neighbors were smoking and the smell came in our room, there is not enough electrical plug ins in the room to charge phones and laptops. Also breakfast is too budget, too limited.

The location is very good. Very close to the main area of Oludeniz and to the beach. The staff were very helpful.
