we reserved room for 4 adults we got 1 king size bed and 2 cods bed instead of 2 twins bed.It was very uncomfortable for adults to sleep on those cod bed lousy noisy and thin mattress. Breakfast should add different menu everyday

We had to leave very early in the morning, but they packed a nice breakfast for us. Location was perfect, close to an underground metro station.

There was nothing, I didn’t like.

I stayed in room no.52. The facilities were very old and outdated, the elevator was from ancient times and very small ( barely fitting two people). Shower was broken and very bad. Noisy AC. Wifi was not working in my room, I complained two times and they brought a technician but still they didn’t fix it. The hotel overall has seen better days, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Thé kindness of staff, especially Christina at the reception. she was very attentive to my needs, very cordial and supportive.

the internet was not working regularly disrupting my work.

The only thing that was nice was the bed which was comfortable. the gym was ok

The rugs and carpet were stained and very old. The couches in the king suite were horrific. anything but luxury. The breakfast was less than mediocre. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were quite rude.

John at the front desk was very helpful for recommendations! The breakfast was good overall. We were pleased as we requested twin beds and when we got a queen they kindly moved us to a room with two beds instead. The laundry service isn't used on the weekend but we were pointed to a laundromat nearby that was great. We left Athens to visit Naxos and came back to the same hotel and they held our large suitcases for us which was really helpful! We would stay here again!

Close to US embassy, for visa purposes

Very poor internet in room,virtually none... Breakfast was mundane. Same all 4 days.

-easy to travel, close to one bus station and between 2 metro stations -close to concert house, chance to enjoy one concert easily - not far from city center, if like walk, many sightseeing points can reach by feet within 30 minutes

-the bathroom/ toilet is old and facility look old -kind of strange smell in room - breakfast is less choice - breakfast is too late with 7:30, many hotels provide breakfast from 6:30

Nothing NOT to like - can do with a bit of upgrading but great for the price.

Helpful and kind staff, bed & linens, proximity of airport express bus stop, decent wifi, general cleanness. OK breakfast, could be better though for this price. Overall very good stay, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Besides some sloppy refurbishment in the room (not that big of a deal), the electric kettle was dirty, there were no additional towels in the bathroom (one big for after showering, one for the hands, and one to stand on after bath, no face towel).

Breakfast was great, we loved location as it was a quiet street and near the hospital we needed to visit

The Airconditioning was difficult to regulate, the staff tried their best to accommodate.
